Ever since I was a young child I felt the desire to protect those who couldn’t protect themselves and in 1983 I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; to bear true faith and allegiance to the same; to obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

The Army Creed is something that I still hold close to my heart as well as stating true to the seven core values (Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage) of the United States Army.

President Kennedy once said, "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country". I will defend those who cannot speak for themselves. I will serve you by being true to The Army Creed as well as incorporating the seven core values of the United States Army into my practice.
