Ever since I was a young child I felt the desire to protect those who couldn’t protect themselves and in 1983 I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; to bear true faith and allegiance to the same; to obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
The Army Creed is something that I still hold close to my heart as well as stating true to the seven core values (Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage) of the United States Army.
President Kennedy once said, "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country". I will defend those who cannot speak for themselves. I will serve you by being true to The Army Creed as well as incorporating the seven core values of the United States Army into my practice.
Whether you are facing a specific legal issue such as being charged with a criminal offense such as Driving Under the Influence (DUI) or serious felony or misdemeanor drug possession, theft or even first degree murder or are seeking representation for a family law matter, I understand that certain issues may be confusing or frustrating to deal with. Often times, clients come to me after they have spoken with the police or the opposing attorney and find that they have unintentionally done or said something that could possibly be harmful to their situation. It is worth the investment to ensure you have advice and knowledge from a lawyer that is familiar with the system and complex navigation of what is usually a confusing process.
When you or a family member are facing certain legal issues, it is important that you speak with a qualified criminal, DUI or family law attorney to learn more about your case and the options you may have before you try to resolve the matter yourself. Don't risk dramatically negative repercussions of self-representation. I am a practical, down to earth Criminal, and DUI Lawyer. My clients come to me because I have a vast knowledge and understanding of Criminal, DUI and Family Laws. I represent people from all walks of life and believe that my clients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of what legal matter they may be facingI work hard to ensure your rights are protected and that your case is resolved promptly and appropriately.
