There he graduated in the top of his class and became an eternal Sooners Football fan. Louis T. Brindisi was born in Utica, New York in 1934 and has lived here for the entirety of his life, having attended grammar schools and high school here locally. He then attended LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in 1956.
