Attorney At Law Attorney Joshua V. Callahan founded The Callahan Law Office in his home state of Oregon in 2014. Since then he has helped numerous clients in the Lake Oswego and Portland areas successfully attain the maximum compensation they deserve following motor vehicle, medical malpractice, and other accidents. While completing his formal education, and before opening his own practice, Joshua started a business providing trial support services as a consultant and technical expert. After supporting trial attorneys in over 50 trials statewide, Joshua knew he wanted to be a trial attorney himself. Watching and supporting some of the most experienced trial attorneys in the Portland area, including Attorney Ralph Rayburn, allowed Joshua to gain valuable legal experience unique among his peers. Drawing from this knowledge, Josh has become a successful negotiator and litigator in his own right, who fights tirelessly for the rights of his injured clients. Proud Combat Veteran, Husband & Father Joshua was born and raised in Southeast Portland. He served in the US Army as a Military Police Officer for almost eight years, during which time he was deployed overseas numerous times for combat and other important missions. Joshua then returned to the Portland area to complete his undergraduate degree and attend law school. Josh is married to his amazing wife Anne who is also an attorney in the Portland area. They are the parents of two young boys, Brady and Patrick. When he is not working diligently for his clients, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as staying active on the golf course and the basketball court. Joshua and Anne live in the Southeast Portland area and plan to raise their boys in the same great environment they were both so lucky to grow up in as young children.

Todd Gardner began his professional life as a middle school teacher but opted to go to law school in his mid-twenties. During his time in law school, he clerked in the contracts department at Wells Fargo during the merger with Norwest Bank, clerked for five judges in the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings Workers' Compensation Division, and interned with a Hennepin County District Court judge. Following law school, he began working in a Minneapolis small firm representing injured workers and injured persons and later experienced representing insurance companies with a medium-sized law firm in St. Paul. In 2002, he left defending insurance companies and opened Gardner Law Office, LLC, focusing on serving the needs of the injured. With over 20 years of legal experience, Todd is personable and easy to talk to, but will always fight aggressively and ethically for his clients. Mr. Rodie is a lifelong Stratford resident. He proudly followed his father, Attorney Wilfred J. Rodie, Sr. into the practice of law. Mr. Rodie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University in 1983. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1986. He was admitted to practice law in Connecticut in 1986 and over his career has appeared before Judges of the Superior Court in many courts throughout the State. Mr. Rodie has served as an Attorney Fact Finder/Arbitrator at the request of the Connecticut Chief Court Administrator for many years. He is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. Wade has been an attorney since 1975 in the Denver, Colorado area. He graduated from Duke University with his bachelor’s degree, then moved to Denver in 1971 to attend Denver University’s Sturm College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Wade immediately started his own firm and began helping individuals in need. Wade’s passion for helping people can be seen through his many years in the legal profession and also in his membership with the Bikers Against Child Abuse. He is currently a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, a graduate of the Colorado Trial Lawyers College, and the attorney for the Colorado Confederation of Clubs. Outside of work, Wade enjoys riding his motorcycle and attending community events.

Daniel is a decorated police officer who spent 9 years in law enforcement, where he received an academic award of excellence from the Milford Police Academy, as well as the Samuel Luciano Award and the Daniel S. Wasson Award. Daniel proceeded with his education, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Haven, Investigative Sciences, and was a Dean's Scholar Award Recipient at the Quinnipiac University School of Law. Afterward, he started Daniel A. Esposito Attorney at Law LLC.

Patrick Kang has been representing the people of Nevada since 2007. For five years Patrick has worked tirelessly for his clients, seeking to always put the interests of his client above all else. In those five years, Patrick has fought and won many settlement and judgments.
