Attorney Bruce Kaye’s claim to fame was being selected to work as a law clerk to the legendary trial attorney Joe Jamail (Pennzoil v. Texaco, Top 10 Trial Attorney in the USA). Prior to law school, Bruce played the keyboards professionally all over Houston. Some key parties included President Bill Clinton, former Houston Mayors Bob Lanier and Annise Parker, Ambassador Arthur Schechter, and many different judges’ campaigns (both criminal and civil). Upon graduation from law school in Houston, Texas in 1992, Bruce opened up his own practice concentrating primarily on Criminal Law (trial and appeals for Federal and State courts), Entertainment Law and Non-Subscriber Work Place Injuries. Not satisfied to “study” law in a soulless environment provided by a large law firm, Bruce began trying serious felony cases right out of school and has never looked back. “I’m one of those people who learn best by experience,” admits Kaye. With Houston being a center for hip hop music, it was a natural evolution for Bruce to represent artists, managers, producers and small record labels in Entertainment issues. Finally, the decision to represent those individuals who have suffered terrible injuries due to non-subscriber workplace injuries stems back to the basic concepts of social justice or what is morally right and wrong. “The way employers treat their injured workers is just wrong,” says Kaye, “and I’ve made it my mission to set things right.” One of the best things about retaining Mr. Kaye as your attorney is the fact that your calls will be personally returned by him. Mr. Kaye also utilizes email, texting, and Facebook. This one-on-one contact provides for representation with the utmost care placed on two things: personal service and obtaining a favorable outcome. Bruce is admitted to practice law by the State of Texas, the Southern District of Texas, The Northern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association (where he serves on the Criminal Law section) and the Dallas County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He has served on the District 3G Grievance Committee and is active in the Litigation and Sports and Entertainment Sections of the Texas State Bar.

Injured in Texas? Need to get out of a bad marriage here in the Lone Star State? We pride ourselves in delivering big firm results while maintaining small firm relationships and personal attention. Many larger firms may have paralegals and assistants doing the bulk of the work. The client sometimes may not even meet their counsel until that day in court. Ramon Law deems this approach to be both un-ideal and unacceptable. Especially with Family law, we hope you understand that there is a person behind the suit who cares about you and the outcome of your case. Not just about pocketing legal fees. Ramon Law was designed to deliver the best of both legal worlds. All of the resources, technology, and credibility of a large firm while still dedicating the time and personal attention that each of our valued clients deserves. We are excited to work with you. Our office is all ready to go… All we need is a phone call.

Don Sullivan has spent his entire career – over 40 years – fighting for regular people. He only represents real people who’ve been harmed by the misconduct and neglect of others – insurance companies, governments at all levels, hospitals and doctors, manufacturers, and the rich and powerful. Don has helped the Little Guy against: -a tire manufacturer whose defective tire killed several college kids -a Spanish gun manufacturer whose defective pistol destroyed a cop’s leg -a New York police department that hid evidence and put an innocent man in prison for many years -a surgeon whose refusal to return the nurse’s call turned his patient into a paraplegic -an ENT who got confused and drilled a hole into the patient’s brain -the hospital which gave a healthy young mom a full bag of insulin instead of antibiotics, and left her permanently unable to move, speak or show any reaction -careless drivers – the distracted guy on his cell phone, the trucker speeding after too many hours on the road, the drunk driver – who have caused families driving the highways of Wyoming to have their lives turned upside down. Don even established the legal rule that now holds bars responsible for selling alcohol to people who’ve had too much to drink, then hurt innocent people with their impaired driving.
