Jim and Caroleann founded Coogan Gallagher in 2022 after working together at the Dwyer & Coogan firm. After these many years of experience, Jim understands that being injured does not make you a victim, but it can leave you feeling vulnerable, anxious, and uncertain about what to do next. Chicago native Jonathan B. Fleisher is a trial attorney who has been with the firm of Karlin, Fleisher & Falkenberg, LLC since 1995. Since joining the firm, he has achieved significant verdicts and settlements on behalf of seriously injured clients in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, premises liability, and automobile accidents. He has also participated in numerous arbitrations and mediations, achieving outstanding results for his clients. The primary areas of his profession are medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, premises liability and automobile liability matters. He has resolved numerous cases in these areas in excess of $1,000,000. He has also worked with other Chicago malpractice attorneys to fight for significant malpractice settlements from doctors, hospitals and other healthcare professionals.

Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Nicole has a passion for serving local residents. Nicole serves as an advocate for the Court Appointed Special Advocates (“CASA”), volunteering her time to assess the needs of neglected and abused children who have been placed in the local court system. Nicole also volunteers her time to Legal Aid of the Bluegrass, providing pro bono representation to individuals lacking the financial resources to pay for legal services. Nicole’s commitment to the community was recognized in 2014 when she was named Pro Bono Attorney of the Year. Nicole Iuliano is committed to client satisfaction, which is supported by her Avvo five (5) star client rating. Nicole Iuliano’s legal practice is heavily concentrated in the area of family law and child custody. Prior to attending law school, Nicole Iuliano served as a legal assistant and legal office administrator to the late Henry E. Davis for nearly a decade. Nicole Iuliano earned her law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law and undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University.

Jeff Fraser has a degree in Psychology from Boston College (magna cum laude) and is a graduate of Boston College Law School. He has over thirty years experience in private practice, including all types of personal injury, divorce, wills and estates, real estate, and business law. Mr. Fraser has been awarded the prestigious "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell in recognition of his skill and integrity. Mr. Fraser has extensive experience as a mediator in both civil cases and divorce and family cases.

John has served as lead trial counsel in hundreds of litigation cases in his extensive trial practice in State and Federal Courts throughout the United States. He is widely recognized as a skilled, aggressive and effective trial attorney in a wide variety of complex litigation cases, including business litigation, product liability, real estate, trademark infringement, personal injury, criminal, corporate and in all intellectual property matters. John further acts as corporate counsel for a variety of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other entities ranging from fortune 500 companies to sole partnerships. John is a cum laude graduate of Merrimack College and a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA. John was a litigation associate in Boston for several years before being the founding and managing partner of the firm Gallant, Hausler & Lampert, P.C. in 1991. John and his partner, Tim Ervin founded Gallant & Ervin, LLC in 2000 with an emphasis and concentration on complex business and intellectual property litigation cases. John has handled cased and enforced the rights of all of the firm's national and international entertainment clients throughout the Federal and State Courts in the United States. John was named a Super Lawyer and Top Attorney in litigation by New England Super Lawyers in 2004. John is admitted to practice before the State Courts in Massachusetts and is admitted in the United States District Courts and Circuit Court of Appeals in Massachusetts. He has handled intellectual property cases and complex litigation cases before the Federal Courts in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Florida, New York, California, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, and Georgia. John is on the Board of Directors of several different charitable organizations and groups, including the Greater Lowell Boys and Girls Club. He is the legal director of Klin Spirits, LLC and Klin Tobacco, LLC who produces Hammer & Sickle Vodka, Hammer & Sickle Cigars and various other products.

Attorney Mandy L. Kelly received her law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Prior to law school, Mrs. Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Pre Law from Michigan State University. Mandy previously worked for the University of Detroit Mercy’s non-profit organization, Project SALUTE, helping low-income veterans obtain military compensation and pension benefits. She has traveled the country training attorneys from other firms on how to best represent our veterans. Mrs. Kelly has focused her practice on helping disabled veterans returning home from serving our country. She works tirelessly to help our veterans fight yet another battle in obtaining their disability benefits before both the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Social Security Administration. Mrs. Kelly has also been recognized as a top 10 best attorney for exceptional and outstanding client service by the American Institute of Legal Counsel. Mandy is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Macomb County Bar Association, National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates. She is also accredited to practice before the Department of Veterans Affairs. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and supporting her Alma mater – Go Green!
