Mitchell Burgess is originally from Southwest Missouri. Mitch completed his undergraduate degree at Drury University in Springfield double majoring in History and Political Science. He graduated in 1995, magna cum laude and as a member of the Honors Program. Mitch attended Law School at the University of Missouri - Columbia and received his Juris Doctorate in 1998. While at M.U., Mitch was a member of the Missouri Environmental Law & Policy Review and was published in 1997. After graduating from law school, Mitch clerked for the Honorable Judge Laura Stith on the Missouri Court of Appeals – Western District. Judge Stith now sits on the Missouri Supreme Court. Prior to opening his own law firm in the fall of 2004, Mitch worked for a highly successful Kansas City Plaintiffs litigation firm where he gained tremendous experience handling case across the county involving personal injury, pharmaceutical and product liability litigation. Since founding his own law firm in 2004, Mitch has repeatedly been recognized as one of the top Plaintiffs' Attorneys in the region. He has been named one of the "Best of the Bar" by the Kansas City Business Journal, a "SuperLawyer" by Superlawyers Magazine, and one of the "Top 40 Under 40" by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Lee Steinberg graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After Wayne State University, he taught in the Detroit School System while attending night school at the Detroit College of Law. After graduating from the Detroit College of Law, he worked for personal injury firms before opening his own law practice. Lee has obtained substantial jury verdicts and awards against local and national defendants, including British Petroleum, the City of Detroit, trucking companies, and large retailers. Mr. Steinberg has tried cases to verdict throughout Michigan, including auto accidents, truck accidents, commercial truck crashes, slips and fall incidents, medical malpractice, and civil rights violations. He also tried cases in Texas, obtaining the first medical malpractice verdict in San Angelo, Texas. After receiving his bachelor's degree in finance from Loyola College, Ron Miller attended University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While at the University of Baltimore, Ron was chosen as the Executive Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review and was elected to the Heuisler Honor Society. Ron''s practice initially focused on the representation of pharmaceutical companies, handling cases around the country for companies such as Bayer and GlaxoSmithKline. Mark moved to Palm Beach County and began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for Palm Beach County. After leaving the State, Mark embarked on a successful career as a civil and criminal litigator. Christopher R. Burke has been living in the Capital District since 2002. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, Class of 2006, and Albany Law School Class of 2010. During law school, Chris was a law clerk at Grasso, Rodriquez & Grasso. Upon graduating from Albany Law School and being admitted to the New York State Bar, Grasso, Rodriguez & Grasso hired him on as an associate. In 2013, Chris was made a partner at Grasso, Rodriguez & Grasso, creating Grasso, Rodriguez, Grasso & Burke. Chris was the first person named partner in over 15 years.
