Theresa C. Gilbert passed the Kentucky bar in 1990 and has been a partner at Gilbert Law Group PLLC since 1998. Mr. Ginsberg has been practicing law with an emphasis on Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice since 1981. He was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney in 1987, recertified in 1994, 2001 and 2006. He has litigated to conclusion in excess of 150 Medical Malpractice actions, obtaining substantial recoveries for claims of misdiagnosing cancer, negligence in the delivering of babies, emergency room negligence, surgical malpractice & implantation of false memories. He has also extensively litigated in the area of product liability having achieved substantial recoveries against such companies as Honda Motor Corp, General Motors, Rice & Holman Ford, K-Mart and Ryder Truck Rental. He has successfully argued before the Appellate Division & Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey resulting in several published decisions in both the New Jersey Superior Court & New Jersey Supreme Court Reporting.

Lisle W. Blackbourn is the President and Managing Partner of Godfrey, Leibsle, Blackbourn & Howarth, S.C., and chairs the firm's litigation division. Lisle earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1982, where he was a member of the Marquette Law Review. Lisle has developed a comprehensive civil trial practice, concentrating in complex business, corporate, and land use litigation, along with extensive experience in plaintiffs' personal injury matters. Lisle has achieved successful results for many clients, large and small, commercial and individual, and has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Lisle has received board certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) as a Civil Trial Specialist. NBTA is accredited by the American Bar Association to provide board certification through a rigorous application process and an exacting set of standards and examinations on a nationwide scale. Board certified trial attorneys engage in litigation of civil controversies before state and federal courts. To become board certified, Lisle was required to pass the NBTA written examination, which covers trial law, civil procedure, evidence, and ethics. The exam is written and graded by attorneys and law professors. The NBTA requested submission of confidential performance reviews from judges before whom Blackbourn had appeared, and from attorneys with whom he had worked. NBTA reviewed samples of legal briefs Blackbourn had written for scholarly content. Blackbourn was further required to submit proof of participation in at least 100 jury trials and other contested matters as lead counsel, to demonstrate a concentration of his practice in trial law. The NBTA board certification process is designed to identify lawyers who possess an enhanced level of skill and expertise in trial advocacy, and who have demonstrated superior professional competence. Nationally, only about 2200 attorneys have received civil trial board certification to date. Lisle has been named a Wisconsin Super Lawyer in 2010, by the Wisconsin Super Lawyers magazine. The Super Lawyers listing is based upon 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement - things like experience, verdicts, clients, honors and awards. The Wisconsin Super Lawyers listing represents the top 5 percent of the lawyers in the state. Lisle is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a national trial lawyer honorary society whose membership is limited to less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Wisconsin’s LCA Fellow delegation includes only 58 lawyers and judges. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in trial law, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.

Mr. O’Donnell has dedicated more than 25 years to representing individuals who have been injured in Virginia. He never represents an Insurance Company or Employer, and always speaks for the injured. Attorney Raymond T. Wooten focuses his practice on Automobile Accidents, Personal Injury Cases, and Nursing Home Abuse cases. In 2017 Kelly Simon became associated with Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. Kelly was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. After graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School in 1997, she received her Associate Degree from Okaloosa Walton Community College and then her Bachelor Degree from University of West Florida. She graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2004 and immediately took a position with the State Attorney’s Office in Pensacola. After working as an Assistant State Attorney for three years, she went on to represent children on behalf of the State of Florida at the Department of Children and Families. After almost 10 years practicing dependency litigation, she has joined the firm of Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. Kelly’s practice at Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. includes personal injury, family law, criminal defense, estate planning, probate, and general civil litigation. When Kelly is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

John Piccin has been practicing law for over 40 years. He is rated AV Preeminent for more than 15 years by Martindale-Hubbell. This is the highest possible peer review rating in legal ability and ethical standards. Born in Willimantic, Connecticut, he moved to Ocala in 1974. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled innumerable jury trials resulting in favorable outcomes for his clients. John has litigated a wide variety of personal injury cases, insurance disputes, and wrongful death cases. John is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a national organization limited to trial lawyers who have achieved verdicts or settlements of $1 million or more. In 2017, clients of Piccin & Glynn received a record $52 million dollar verdict from a Marion County jury. John is also past President of the North Florida chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which is limited to lawyers with extensive trial experience and high ethical standards, and Judges. Kevin C. Ambler served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2002 to 2010, representing House District 47 encompassing most of Northwest Hillsborough County. During his 4 consecutive terms in elected office, he served on over 47 legislative councils and committees, including serving as Chairman of the Health Appropriations Committee in which he was responsible for nearly $20 billion dollars in appropriations for more than 3 million Medicaid beneficiaries and 80,000 health care providers and 15,000 health care facilities. During his tenure in the House of Representatives, Rep. Ambler received numerous awards and accolades from professional organizations, boards, and foundations as the top legislator of the year for his outstanding accomplishments for championing numerous important legislative issues. Representative Ambler attended Cornell University on a four-year Air Force ROTC scholarship where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Business Administration in 1983. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Air Force. In 1986, he received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Soon after, he was appointed as an Air Force judge advocate and assigned to the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, where he served on active duty for nearly 5 years in several positions including Chief of Claims, Chief of Legal Assistance, Chief of Military Justice and Chief of the Civil Law Divisions. During this same time, he also was appointed by the U.S. Attorney General as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and was responsible for prosecuting criminal cases in federal court against civilians arising on MacDill AFB. Later, his responsibilities expanded to defending the United States in federal court in medical malpractice and personal injury cases arising under the Federal Tort Claims Act. Representative Ambler entered private practice and transferred to the Air Force Reserves in 1991. During his first year as a reservist, he was awarded the Harmon Award by the Air Force Judge Advocate General as the Most Outstanding Reserve Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force. Representative Amblerʼs other military decorations include the Air Force Achievement Medal, two Air Force Meritorious Service Medals, the Air Force Commendation Medal, and the National Defense Services Medal. He continued to serve as a Judge Advocate in the reserves until 2005. Representative Ambler began his career in private practice as a litigation attorney in 1991. In 1996, Representative Ambler opened his own firm, the Ambler Law Group, focusing in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful death and personal injury litigation in both state and federal courts. He has chaired the HCBA Entertainment and Intellectual Property Law Section (1999-2002) and he has been a regular and active participant in the HCBA “Ask A Lawyer” Pro Bono Program from 1995 to 2002. In 2002, he received the HCBA “Have a Heart” award for outstanding pro bono service. Representative Ambler and his firm hold an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell National Law Directory reflecting the highest possible rating for professional competence and ethical conduct. Representative Ambler served as President of the Board of Trustees of the Northdale Special Tax District for 7 years. He was Chairman of the Cornell University Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network Committee for West Central Florida as well as a member of the Board of Directors for the Cornell Club of the Suncoast for 5 years. For over 10 years, Representative Ambler served as president and a member of the Board of Directors of the Brentwood Park Homeownerʼs Association. In 2000, Representative Ambler was appointed to and served a one year term on the Hillsborough County Charter Review Board. In his youth, Representative Ambler served on the White House Conference for Children and Youth Task Force and was inducted into the American Academy of Achievement which awarded him the Golden Eagle Award of Excellence as the top student in the United States. Representative Ambler has been an adjunct law professor on the faculty for Stetson University College of Law for the past 8 years.
