I've been a lifelong resident of the Inland Empire. Although I've been an attorney for over 20 years, I've done nothing but represent injured individuals of the Inland Empire for the past 15 years. Prior to that I served as a Marine Corps Officer where I cut my teeth in the courtroom as a trial lawyer in one of the busiest trial shops in the entire Department of Defense. I've remained an active reservist for over 23 years where I've advised some of the largest commands in the U.S. Marine Corps. In my civilian practice I've represented hundreds of individuals against the largest corporations and governmental institutions in the United States. We care about our fellow Inland Empire residents and take whatever steps necessary to protect our clients rights. We believe that our caring goes beyond the resolution of the case as our clients often refer to our firm as "my lawyers" even after the case has ended. Scott also recently won a trial against a hospital in a case where Scott's client fell out of the hospital bed and suffered a broken hip. The jury awarded over $900,000 to Scott's client. Jerry Pitkin is the lead attorney at Pitkin Law. Jerry’s practice is limited to representing people who have sustained injuries resulting from car accidents, commercial truck accidents, slip/trip fall accidents, insurance coverage disputes, and vehicle property damage. Judge Marc Pilgrim is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and has been practicing law for over twenty-eight years.
