Michael Rogers primarily represents national and regional automotive dealership clients in a wide variety of legal matters including consumer actions and complex litigation, federal and state regulatory matters, unfair competition claims, commercial and consumer litigation, labor and employment issues and franchise disputes. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Diego and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is active in the automotive industry and in San Diego’s legal community and is a member of the California Independent Auto Dealers Association, the Defense Research Institute, the National Association of Dealership Counsel, the National Independent Auto Dealers Association, the San Diego County Bar Association and the San Diego New Car Dealers Association.

Mr. Gibson was born and raised in South Florida and is licensed in Florida at both State level and Federal Southern District level. While attending law school in South Florida, Mr. Gibson won several awards in trial advocacy competing against rival law schools, was elected by the students of his law school to serve as student body president two years in a row, clerked at a personal injury law firm, and interned at the State Attorney’s Office in Broward County as a certified legal intern. While interning at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Gibson handled dozens of criminal cases and acquired experience in several jury trials before even graduating law school. After graduating, Mr. Gibson accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney with the State Attorney’s Office in Broward County, where he handled thousands of criminal cases and tried dozens of jury trials. Robert D. Mouradian received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Michigan in 1974. Robert D. Mouradian graduated from the Detroit College of Law (which has now become of Michigan State University College of Law) in 1977 and while attending there served on the Law Review. Since 1977 Robert D. Bruce A. Mason grew up in Fairmont, West Virginia. He graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business finance.
