Kenny is the managing partner and founder of the Podor Law Firm, LLC. Kenny has been practicing personal injury law for more than 38 years. Kenny attended Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Kenny earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University John Marshall College of Law.

Martin J. McManus, a third generation attorney, has long been dedicated to the practice of personal injury, wrongful death, car accident, medical malpractice, personal injury protection and a range of other legal areas since 1987. As a trial lawyer for 23 years, specializing in civil and criminal matters, Martin offers years of experience and extensive knowledge of the law, as well as a deep dedication to his clients. Attorney Martin McManus is a 1987 graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law in Toledo, Ohio. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Notre Dame (ND) in 1982. He is the third generation of attorneys in his family practicing law. His grandfather and father were both respected lawyers in the community.

Russell has over 38 years of multi-state legal experience with both a local and national client base. He currently serves as outside General Counsel for several clients who own large Commercial Real Estate shopping centers both locally and nationally. Primary practice areas include financial institution and bank regulatory and compliance, representation of national creditors within general creditor’s rights enforcement, complex multi-state litigation, general commercial defense, Insurance Law corporate law, small business startups and general representation, and personal injury.

Formerly a partner at a prestigious civil litigation firm, Dean has been practicing and trying cases in the areas of complex trucking, medical malpractice, product liability, and general civil litigation for the past 18 years. Dean has successfully represented clients as lead counsel in complex multimillion-dollar jury trials to verdict in Missouri and Illinois. Dean uses his extensive experience in the courtroom to develop an aggressive approach to resolve cases in favor of his clients. Dean received his J.D. from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law in 1999. Prior to law school, Dean completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri – St. Louis with a B.A. in Communications, graduating cum laude in 1996. Dean participated in a Missouri Trial Academy in 2005 and a National Trial Academy at Stanford in 2007. Dean has an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating an attorney can obtain from that organization. Dean has also been selected to America's Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys for 2020. Gary Ogg is a partner at Ogg, Murphy & Perkosky, P.C. Gary has devoted his career to representing individuals and families, who have been the victims of negligence, obtain the justice and compensation they deserve. In his career, Gary has been fortunate to obtain dozens of verdicts and settlements in excess of $1,000,000 in many types of personal injury cases, including medical malpractice lawsuits, personal injury and birth injury. Gary graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1981 and received a B.A. in 1977 from University of Pittsburgh. Gary has won various awards including Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 2011 through 2014 and Best Lawyers in America 2011 through 2014. Gary is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Gary currently resides in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. He is a member of many community organizations and charitable activities in the South Hills and Pittsburgh areas.

Stephen R. Miller leads Pond Lehocky Giordano’s Pittsburgh office. Since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2000, Mr. Miller has dedicated his practice to workers’ compensation law and has litigated countless cases throughout central and western Pennsylvania. Mr. Miller spent the first 15 years of his legal career as a workers’ compensation defense litigator, representing employers and insurance companies at a large regional firm where he quickly advanced to partner. These many years of defense practice and corporate consultation provided Mr. Miller with extensive knowledge of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law and how the insurance industry manages claims. In 2016, Mr. Miller concluded that he wanted to advocate for injured workers and left his long-time position to open Pond Lehocky’s Pittsburgh office. Since then, he has exclusively represented claimants. Mr. Miller speaks regularly on workers’ compensation issues. He has been selected as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® on multiple occasions and was named to the Best Lawyers in America® 2018 and 2019 lists.

Michael J. Parker earned his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2001 and went on to receive his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University in 2004. Mr. Parker has focused his practice on advocating for the disabled for almost fifteen years. He is a board-certified Social Security Disability Advocate by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, an American Bar Association accredited organization. Mr. Parker has been recognized for his legal expertise as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star, which represents the top 2.5 percent of all attorneys under the age of 40 in 2010-2017. In January of 2018, Mr. Parker spearheaded the formation of our Pond Lehocky’s Long-Term Disability Department. Mr. Parker has taken his passion for representing disabled individual and applied to helping disabled individuals who are wrongfully denied insurance benefits. He is very involved in the legal community and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lackawanna County Bar Association, the Pike County Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. Mr. Parker is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Affairs and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Kevin E. Harchar is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Mr. Harchar is based out of Pond Lehocky’s Scranton office. Prior to joining Pond Lehocky Giordano's workers compensation department, Mr. Harchar practiced as a workers’ compensation defense attorney from August 2009 to October 2013 at a prominent Scranton, PA law firm, where he handled all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from beginning to end, including hearings, depositions and WCAB and Commonwealth Court appeals. Mr. Harchar also practiced at an insurance defense law firm from April 2008 to August 2009. Mr. Harchar has been selected a Super Lawyers® Rising Starfrom 2013 to 2016. He was also honored with the Lackawanna Bar Association’s 2011 Exemplary Service Award, given in recognition for his efforts in developing and instituting the Wills For Heroes Program in Lackawanna County. Wills for Heroes is a non-profit organization that provides first responders with important legal documents at no-charge. Mr. Harchar has co-authored an article entitled “Resignation’s Lasting Effect on Future Benefits” which was published in the April 17, 2012 issue of The Legal Intelligencer. Additionally, he has spoken at several seminars and panel discussions related to workers’ compensation as well as other areas of the law. Mr. Harchar is actively involved with Lackawanna Bar Association, including the Law Day, Public Relations, and Family Law Rules committees. He is also a Lackawanna Pro Bono Fundraising Gala Committee Member as well as the co-chair for Wills for Heroes. Mr. Harchar obtained his J.D. from Widener School of Law, graduating in 2008. During his time in law school, he was a law clerk at the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole and a law clerk at a Harrisburg, PA criminal/insurance defense firm. Mr. Harchar was also a certified legal intern at the Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and at the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Cathy O’Donnell is the Vice President of the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association (Luzerne County Bar); Chairperson Luzerne County Dress for Success; a member of the Board of Directors United Way Wyoming Valley; and a member of the Board of Directors for Junior Leadership of Wilkes-Barre. She is an MBA, member of the DC Bar, and served as a District Justice from 2000 to January 2002. In addition to her practice areas, Cathy serves as the Firm’s Business Manager.
