Bob has practiced law since 1995. He grew up in Hartselle, Alabama and graduated from Hartselle High School in 1987. He received an undergraduate degree in 1990 from the University of Alabama and his law degree from the University in 1995. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in September of 1995. Prior to law school, Bob served U. S. Senator Richard Shelby as Campaign Finance Director. While in law school, he was legal research assistant to Dean Charles Gamble, author of McElroy’s Alabama Evidence. He served as Vice-president of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. Bob was selected for publication in the Alabama Trial Lawyer’s Journal. His article entitled, “Making the Internet an Indispensable Part of Case Evaluation and Investigation” appeared in the Fall 1999 edition. He had previously delivered this topic at the 1999 ATLA Annual Summer Seminar. Bob was also appointed to be co-chair of the Automobile Law subcommittee of the American Bar Association. He served on the Executive Committee of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and moderates an online discussion group for Alabama Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Rodie is a lifelong Stratford resident. He proudly followed his father, Attorney Wilfred J. Rodie, Sr. into the practice of law. Mr. Rodie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University in 1983. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1986. He was admitted to practice law in Connecticut in 1986 and over his career has appeared before Judges of the Superior Court in many courts throughout the State. Mr. Rodie has served as an Attorney Fact Finder/Arbitrator at the request of the Connecticut Chief Court Administrator for many years. He is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. Mr. Rodie has been recognized as a Connecticut Super Lawyer by Connecticut Magazine. He is rated AV Preeminent, the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards by Martindale-Hubbell.

Wade has been an attorney since 1975 in the Denver, Colorado area. He graduated from Duke University with his bachelor’s degree, then moved to Denver in 1971 to attend Denver University’s Sturm College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Wade immediately started his own firm and began helping individuals in need. Wade’s passion for helping people can be seen through his many years in the legal profession and also in his membership with the Bikers Against Child Abuse. He is currently a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, a graduate of the Colorado Trial Lawyers College, and the attorney for the Colorado Confederation of Clubs. Outside of work, Wade enjoys riding his motorcycle and attending community events.

Tamara Putnam has been practicing law for over 25 years in the Kansas City metropolitan area. She attended the University of Missouri at St. Louis to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with Cum Laude Honors. She earned a four year athletic scholarship as a member of the University of Missouri–St. Louis NCAA Women’s Basketball team. Tamara then attended Washburn University School of Law to obtain her Juris Doctorate. While attending Washburn Law School, Tamara Putnam became a published author. Lautt Tamara worked for the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. She worked as a drug prosecutor. She was promoted to the lead prosecutor of the Violent Gang Crime Unit. She worked closely with the Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) and Street Narcotics Unit (SNU) to prosecute crimes related to illegal production, transfer, sale and possession of controlled substances. As head of the Gang Unit, she focused on the prosecution of violent offenses committed by suspected gang members, including assaults, robberies, armed criminal action and shooting into a dwelling. After a successful term as a prosecutor, Tamara moved into private practice with a focus on criminal defense. As a former prosecutor, she has a deep understanding of the strategies used by the prosecution and law enforcement to obtain convictions. She prepares for the prosecutor’s tactics and walks into court prepared to defend her client’s case. Tamara later expanded her practice to include personal injury. She litigates personal injury cases in both Missouri and Kansas from a simple slip and fall to wrongful death. Daniel proceeded with his education, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Haven, Investigative Sciences, and was a Dean's Scholar Award Recipient at the Quinnipiac University School of Law. Following graduation and admission to the State Bar of Nevada, he began his law career at a small Las Vegas litigation firm. Before founding Maier Gutierrez & Associates, Joseph served as a litigator with one of Nevada’s oldest incorporated law firms, Beckley Singleton, and then at the international law firm, Greenberg Traurig. After several years working for large law firms, Joseph and his law partner Jason Maier established Maier Gutierrez & Associates, with the goal of providing clients the highest level of personal service combined with big firm legal experience. In his personal time, he enjoys playing golf and basketball and supports the Los Angeles Rams and Vegas Golden Knights.
