I remain active in the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.  I formerly served as a Chair of the Young Lawyers Section and currently serve on the Board of Directors.  I was co-editor of the Indiana Appellate Case Reporter, a publication offered to ITLA members, for many years. The Indiana Appellate Case Reporter is a monthly publication highlighting new appellate court decisions from the Indiana Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court which impact personal injury claims. I am also a former board member of Young Professionals of Central Indiana, volunteer as a judge in the Reach for Youth Teen Court Program, and have volunteered with Play Ball Indiana. I grew up north east of Indianapolis, attending Hamilton Southeastern High School in Fishers. I completed my undergraduate degree at Indiana University in Bloomington and graduated from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. I live in Fishers with my wife, Kelly, a preschool teacher, and our daughters, Claire and Carlie. I am an avid sports fan of Indiana basketball and Los Angeles Dodgers baseball. I also enjoy exercising, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Born in 1953, Timothy W. Nelson was raised on a farm near Redwood Falls, Minnesota. He attended Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in physical education and health in 1975. He also started on the 1974 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference champion football team. Following college, Tim taught physical education and health in a small South Dakota town before returning to Minnesota where he was Assistant Principal at New London-Spicer High School for five years. While at New London-Spicer, he coached football, wrestling, and track, and obtained a master’s degree from St. Cloud State University in 1981. He received his law degree from the University of South Dakota in 1984, where he was a sterling honor graduate. Tim was admitted to the Minnesota bar in 1984 and the South Dakota bar in 1985. His first job as an attorney was with the firm of Gislason, Dosland, Hunter & Milecki in New Ulm. There, he not only represented personal injury victims, and also gained experience in the areas of insurance defense, criminal defense and the general practice of law. In 1986, Tim moved to St. Cloud to work for three years as an associate with Donohue, Rajkowski, Hansmeier, Grunke and Jovanovich. While continuing to gain experience in the field of personal injury, he also did criminal prosecution for the cities of Waite Park, St. Joseph and St. Stephen, and legal work for their corporate client, the Monsanto Chemical Company. In 1989, Tim joined a solo-practitioner, Geoff Gempeler, and helped him build his firm into a successful personal injury practice. In 1991, Tim and Geoff tried a defective products claim against a swimming pool manufacturer, obtaining a $983,000 verdict for a woman injured while diving into a pool. The verdict was believed to be one of the largest in Sherburne County history at the time. In 1992, Tim earned his certification by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a “Civil Trial Specialist”. This honor is reserved only for those attorneys who have been able to meet the rigorous requirements of certification, including demonstrated knowledge and substantial experience as a civil trial lawyer. In 1993, Tim became a partner in Nelson Hanson Personal Injury Attorneys and in 1995, the firm became known as NELSON PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEYS. Since then, he has committed his practice to helping victims obtain fair compensation for their injures. In October of 2016, Tim was designated Senior Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyer’s Association, the Minnesota Trial Lawyer’s Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is also a former member of the Board of Governors of the Minnesota Trial Lawyer’s Association. He has taught continuing legal education classes to other attorneys and is an adjunct professor of Trial Practice at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

Andrew hails from the farm country outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He graduated from New England schools, where he met his wife, a fifth generation Alaskan. When she brought him back to her beloved Last Frontier, it was love at first sight; he knew it was only a matter of time until he would live in Alaska. Andrew joined Rehbock & Wilson in 2015. He continues the Firm tradition of representing injured workers, helping them to navigate the tricky pitfalls of the Workers' Compensation system and disability. Andrew enjoys hiking, boating, hunting, fishing, snow-machining, and all of the outdoors activities that make Alaska a beautiful and awe-inspiring place to live. Attorney Whalley is an experienced Trial Lawyer, Author, Lecturer and former Judge Pro Tempore. The secret to success for Marshall P. Whalley has been his widely varied interests and seemingly boundless energy to pursue them. Having immersed himself in such fields as physics, psychology, engineering, consumer protection and medicine, Mr. Whalley has acquired a wealth of knowledge directly applicable to the investigation and litigation of complex personal injury cases. He has over 32 years experience successfully handling multi-million dollar litigation in several states. Mr. Whalley’s father attended M.I.T., earning two engineering degrees and going on to design tanks for the government. His mother was a nurse educator with a Bachelor of Science, a Master’s degree and applied to Law School at 78! Growing up near the Motor City, Mr. Whalley spent long hours designing, building and racing cars and boats, and working on his grandfather’s farm in North Dakota. His other pursuits included designing and implementing pilot programs at the Milan Federal Correctional Institute allowing inmates to obtain GED certificates and at the Maxey Boys Correctional Institute for troubled youth. During college, Mr. Whalley also worked in the Consumer Protection Division of the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s office, where he mediated consumer complaints, securing the largest consumer settlement to date in the Division’s history. At the same time, he worked for a Tenant’s rights group helping educate renters regarding their rights vis a vis large corporate landlords. During the summer months, Mr. Whalley continued to attend class at the University of Michigan while working 40 to 50 hours per week on the assembly line in Detroit building cars for Chrysler and General Motors. On the line, he ran presses, welded wheels, performed manual assembly, body work, and painted cars. Thereafter, Mr. Whalley received a scholarship to Valparaiso University School of Law. He continued to work on cars and drag raced to help pay college expenses. He then took a job clerking for a well-respected personal injury firm doing medical research, legal writing and investigation. He became a lawyer at the firm, then partner. As an Associate, he used his background in physics and medicine in his first year to facilitate settlements of the two largest brain-damaged baby cases in Florida’s history. Mr. Whalley’s background in physics allowed him to employ a waveform analysis of fetal monitor strips to prove when a critical tocolytic drug had been stopped. Over the past 30 some years, Mr. Whalley’s myriad interests have helped him be an effective advocate for his clients. Designing, building, racing and repairing all types of vehicles, Mr. Whalley developed insight into crash dynamics that few lawyers have. A seventh-generation Philadelphian, Attorney Quincy E. Ms. Elizabeth Lample Castillo started working in the legal industry in 1996, and in 2002 she graduated from law school in the Dominican Republic. After practicing law in a real estate firm in the Dominican Republic, she moved to the State of Georgia and worked for seven (7) years for a workers’ compensation and personal injury firm in Marietta, Georgia. A native of Metter, Georgia, Josh D. Tucker always knew he wanted to be a lawyer. His great-grandfather, Lester Cleveland (L.C.) Anderson, was a lawyer, state court judge and long-time mayor of Metter. “That had a great influence on me,” said Tucker. “I learned from his legacy that good things come to people who work really hard.” Tucker graduated from Metter High School in 1986 and attended LaGrange College earning a B.A. in English in 1990. He attended the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, graduating magna cum laude in 2000.
