Since Jared was a child, he was taught the intricacies of personal injury law by his father, Steven. From a young age Jared wanted to help people who had been wronged and found that becoming a lawyer was the best way to do that. Unlike many law school students who do not have a goal in mind, other than to become an attorney, Jared tailored his law school experience to prepare him to represent clients at Matz Injury Law. Jared prides himself on knowing the law and how to apply it to his clients’ needs.

Burke is a native of Palmyra, Nebraska. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a minor in psychology. After graduating from UNL, Burke went on to attend the University of Nebraska College of Law. He was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® and the Pat Gies Memorial Award for his work representing clients at the University of Nebraska College of Law Immigration Clinic. He also completed a program of concentrated study in immigration and civil litigation skills. Burke’s passion for his community and family led him to open his own firm to better serve the people around him. He takes an active role in the community by serving non-profits and volunteering his time. He loves working with young people and mentoring and coaching the next generation of Nebraskans. Outside of the office, Burke enjoys attending different sporting events and cheering on his Huskers, Texans, and Royals. He loves traveling, seeing the world, and making memories with his family.

Tony Edwards was born and raised in McAlester and has devoted himself to serving the legal needs of the people in his home area. He achieved an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, indicating the highest level in legal ability and ethical standards. He received his undergraduate degree in sociology and psychology from East Central University in Ada and then went to Oklahoma University College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1982. He took a position with a general-practice law firm in Ada and stayed there for five years before returning to McAlester to join the Stipe Law Firm. At the Stipe firm, Edwards began focusing on civil litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. In 2006, he decided to that he wanted to create a smaller firm that would give him an opportunity to provide more personal service. The Edwards firm was born that year, and he has continued to concentrate on plaintiff’s civil litigation. His practice today encompasses cases involving motor vehicles, nursing homes, defective products, and oil-field injuries. He also handles Social Security cases and has been involved in numerous mass-tort cases involving defective products. His efforts have resulted in numerous significant verdicts and settlements for his clients. One of his most notable was a confidential settlement on the eve of trial with the Ford Motor Co. on a products-liability case involving the design of a gas tank that ignited. In another, he represented the family of an East Central University football player who was killed in a hate-crime incident. No matter what the case, Edwards brings the same committed approach to the benefit of his clients. “Our logo is: ‘We care. We fight. We win.’ That’s an honest statement of what we do. We try to treat people fairly and give them our best effort,” he says. Edwards and his wife, DeVonna, are active in the Lakewood Christian Church, where he has been an elder for more than 20 years. They are also active in an organization, Shared Blessings, which DeVonna launched in 1998 to provide clothing for people in need. Since then, it has continued to expand and now also provides food, household goods, disaster relief, and emergency financial assistance. In his spare time, Edwards enjoys golf and is a passionate Oklahoma University sports fan.

Jonathan Foster is a Florida native who grew up in Orlando, Florida. Prior to law school, Jonathan attended the University of Central Florida, and was very involved in oral/written history projects regarding Veterans. In addition, he volunteered his time coaching 7th grade tackle football, worked in the childcare/education industry, and worked as a bartender in Sanford, FL. While in law school, Jonathan served on the 50th board of the Southern Regional Black Law Student Association as Moot Court Director, and also volunteered at a legal clinic assisting Veterans to obtain their disability benefits on appeal. Post-graduation, Jonathan worked at the largest insurance defense firm in Florida, handling a variety of claims including auto negligence, trucking negligence, premises liability, and first party property. Jonathan then went on to work for a nationally known medical malpractice/nursing home defense law firm, defending for some of the largest medical companies in the United States. Jonathan enjoys spending time with family and friends in his free time, however, receives the most joy by serving members of his community. Jonathan prides himself by being an organized and aggressive litigator to obtain the best result for his clients.

Attorney Johnny Adams focuses his law practice on serious injuries and wrongful deaths. He knows first-hand the effects of serious injuries and losing a loved one due to someone else's negligence. He is sympathetic and understanding and at the same time works hard for his clients to obtain the compensation they deserve. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Birmingham School of Law located in Birmingham, Alabama. He also holds a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from Troy University. In addition to being an Alabama Licensed Attorney, Adams holds a Commercial Driver's License. Adams has decades of experience in all aspects of business management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, human resources management, sales management, advertising, public relations and marketing. He has owned, operated and managed over 10 businesses during the past three decades. He has owned a greenhouse nursery business with a fleet of Commercial Motor Vehicles, owned a farming operation, managed a timber harvesting business, owned a computer repair and consulting business, operated a home mortgage business, owned a photography business and owned an insurance business. Adams currently owns a tax accounting business, a real estate investment business and co-owns a local newspaper. He has served a county commissioner since 1996. Adams has been married since 1990. He has two children and two grandchildren. Adams has authored two books; one is about being successful and the other is a children's book. Adams uses a combination of his lifelong education, knowledge, business ownership experiences and his strong work ethic to return exceptional results for his clients. Adams believes in offering personalized service to his clients, including giving each client his personal cell phone number.

Mr. Schneider concentrates on representing injured parties, plaintiffs, in car crashes, slip and falls, insurance bad faith and wrongful death litigation. He has obtained substantial recovers on behalf of his clients through settlement, arbitration and trial. Mr. Schneider began his career working for the insurance companies working both as an employee of Farmer’s Insurance, and as an outside counsel attorney for several insurance companies. Through his insurance defense practice, Mr. Schneider defended many cases through jury trial with excellent results. In 2009, Mr. Schneider changed from working for the insurance companies to helping injured parties. He started with the Gaiennie Law Office in Denver where he successfully argued the case of Silva v. Wilcox before the Colorado Court of Appeals which allows an illegal immigrant to bring a lost wage claim in Colorado. He then transitioned to Bachus & Schanker where he flourished in their high volume setting assisting hundreds of clients obtain justice. Wanting a change to a lower volume practice Mr. Schneider has been with Larson & Larimer, PC since March of 2016. During that time Mr. Schneider has represented clients for a wide variety of claims with exemplary results. In 2020, Mr. Schneider was named a partner of the firm where he continues to work hard for his clients throughout the State of Colorado.
