Jones, an Essex County trial attorney. For more than 35 years, I have been helping people who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Ted is the founder and owner of Colquett Law. Lee Steinberg graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After Wayne State University, he taught in the Detroit School System while attending night school at the Detroit College of Law. After graduating from the Detroit College of Law, he worked for personal injury firms before opening his own law practice. Lee has obtained substantial jury verdicts and awards against local and national defendants, including British Petroleum, the City of Detroit, trucking companies, and large retailers. Mr. Steinberg has tried cases to verdict throughout Michigan, including auto accidents, truck accidents, commercial truck crashes, slips and fall incidents, medical malpractice, and civil rights violations. He also tried cases in Texas, obtaining the first medical malpractice verdict in San Angelo, Texas. He began using TV media to inform the general public, and particularly injury victims, that you don’t have to be wealthy to talk to a lawyer, and in fact, a lawyer is only a phone call away. Lee Steinberg is currently a member of the Michigan Association for Justice, which fights for the rights of the injured against large corporations and insurance companies. George Naylor has been litigating personal injury cases exclusively since 2004. Having tried over 55 Circuit Court jury trials and hundreds of trials in General District Court, George’s extensive trial experience serves as a great advantage to his clients when assessing the settlement value of their claims or when going to trial if the insurance company does not make a reasonable offer. Prior to joining Blank & Marcus, George spent many years representing Defendants on behalf of insurance companies. From that experience, George knows how the insurance companies will evaluate his clients’ claims and how best to maximize the value of those claims in the eyes of the insurance adjusters. George’s prior experience analyzing and litigating insurance coverage issues also ensures that every possible dollar of insurance coverage is available to compensate his clients. Jeremiah earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the Mississippi State University. During his tenure at Mississippi State, he pitched for the Bulldogs baseball team and was selected for the Southeastern Conference academic honor roll. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School. While in law school, Jeremiah was a managing editor for the Sports Law Journal. Following law school, Jeremiah worked on complex litigation, gaining valuable experience in several practice areas, including personal injury law and large complex multi district litigation. Immediately after this experience, Jeremiah worked for a large national plaintiffs law firm handling a docket of toxic tort cases and complex high dollar personal injury cases. While doing so, Mr. Boling secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. Mr. Boling was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2018-2021 and is listed in the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 under 40. Professionally, Jeremiah is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, American Association of Justice as well as the Louisiana Association of Justice. He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts. In addition he is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Guy has been representing injured clients for over 25 years. He has taken his years of experience and courtroom skills developed while working in both large and small law firms and opened the GT Law Firm. Guy became a lawyer because he wanted to help the powerless against the powerful. To do this effectively, he chose to work at a law firm that represented insurance companies as his first law-related job in order to learn how large insurance companies handle insurance claims. Frederick R.
