Anthony P. Sgro is a partner and founding member of Sgro & Roger, LLC. After attending the University of San Diego for both his undergraduate education and law school, Mr. Sgro returned to Las Vegas and began practicing primarily in the area of criminal defense. In short order, he became a “death qualified” attorney and focused on defending those charged with capital murder offenses. ​ After trying numerous cases, Mr. Sgro used his unique trial experience to branch out into other areas of law, including personal injury, entertainment, and business law. Remarkably, he found his trial skill set transferred to those areas as well. Since the beginning of his career, Mr. Sgro has tried over 125 jury trials in both the civil and criminal arena. Most notably, as trial counsel, Mr. Sgro secured numerous acquittals in criminal cases including acquittals in extortion cases, drug cases, sexual assault cases and murder cases. He has been awarded millions of dollars by way of jury verdicts in medical malpractice cases and in personal injury cases. He also secured the largest slip and fall personal injury verdict to be awarded against Walgreens corporation, as well as a real estate trial verdict in excess of $55 million. Notably, that same trial experience allowed him to resolve the largest settlement for a single plaintiff personal injury case in Nevada history, which exceeded $30 million. ​ Several years ago, Mr. Sgro once again expanded his practice and business interests. He had the privilege of representing, and routing Prince’s 2013 West Coast tour, which spanned 13 U.S. cities. Most recently, his legal experience has allowed him to participate in the gaming arena, including both local and overseas gaming operations. ​ Years ago, Mr. Sgro teamed up with long time friend David Roger to create the firm that exists today. Mr. Roger is the former District Attorney for all of Clark County, Nevada, and he served in that capacity for approximately 25 years.

Jake graduated from law school at the University of Utah and has several years of experience working for both insurance companies and injured victims. His experience has taught him how insurance companies work, how they think, and how they defend a claim. Jake enjoys and prefers assisting people who are injured by the wrongful acts of others and holding insurance companies' feet to the fire to provide a fair resolution. Understanding the defense strategies used by insurance companies has enabled Jake to use that knowledge to assist injured parties and collect the money they deserve from insurance companies. Jake takes great pride in getting things right for his clients, down to the last detail. He takes time to explain the process to his clients so that they feel comfortable and understand what is happening with their case. Jake is licensed to practice law in Utah and Nevada. He has a wife and three children. When not working, he can be found enjoying the outdoors, walking his dogs, riding his dirt bike, or spending time with his family. He is also an avid sports fan.

John N. Satcher, II focuses his practice primarily on personal injury cases involving automobile, 18 wheeler, and motorcycle accidents as well as litigating wrongful death, medical malpractice, premise liability and product liability cases. John also works extensively in the areas of collection and debtor/creditor law. He has been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Untied States District Court for the Northern & Southern Districts of Mississippi and all Mississippi State Courts. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Mississippi Association for Justice, Mississippi Bar Association and Hinds County Bar Association.

Sam prides himself on being responsive to his clients’ needs and aggressive in pursuit of their causes. He has focused his entire career on representing injured individuals and their families. Sam grew up on the north side of Indianapolis and graduated from North Central High School. He then attended Indiana University and received his bachelor’s degree in Public Management. After serving as an Indiana Governor’s Fellow for a year, Sam attended Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis where he received his Juris Doctorate in May 2001. While attending law school in the evening, Sam worked as a program manager for the Indiana Criminal Justice Department, and then as a clerk in Marion County Superior Court Six where he had the opportunity to serve as bailiff on numerous civil jury trials. Sam has extensive experience representing personal injury victims and wrongful death survivors in many areas, including product and premises liability, medical malpractice, recreational injuries, automobile, and trucking accidents and insurance coverage matters. Sam has worked hard for victims with serious injuries requiring life-long care, including brain injuries and spinal cord damage. Sam lives on the southwest side of Carmel with his wife and their three daughters.

Robert Reech is a practicing lawyer in the state of Louisiana handling personal injury matters.

When I first entered law school, it was my vision to have my own practice and be the down-to-earth local lawyer my community could depend on, representing those people who I relate with most. Throughout law school, I was encouraged to join the largest firm I could, so that’s what I did. For the past ten years, I have worked as an insurance defense attorney. I’m a big family man and enjoy being the father to my three children, Jimma, Shelby, and Magnolia, and a husband to my wife, Aimee. When I’m not practicing law, I spend time restoring old cars, reading, and exploring the great outdoors.

Jeremiah earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the Mississippi State University. During his tenure at Mississippi State, he pitched for the Bulldogs baseball team and was selected for the Southeastern Conference academic honor roll. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School. While in law school, Jeremiah was a managing editor for the Sports Law Journal. Following law school, Jeremiah worked on complex litigation, gaining valuable experience in several practice areas, including personal injury law and large complex multi district litigation. Immediately after this experience, Jeremiah worked for a large national plaintiffs law firm handling a docket of toxic tort cases and complex high dollar personal injury cases. While doing so, Mr. Boling secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. Mr. Boling was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2018-2021 and is listed in the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 under 40. Professionally, Jeremiah is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, American Association of Justice as well as the Louisiana Association of Justice. He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts. In addition he is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Jones’s practice includes all types of injuries, and death caused by the negligence of a person or business. Many injuries occur on the roadway, 18-wheeler or trucking wrecks, and car wrecks. His practice also includes slip and fall litigation, motorcycle wrecks, bicycle wrecks, pedestrian wrecks and any other insurance claim involving injuries. Mr. Jones attended the University of Mississippi School of Law. He is admitted to the practice of law in all of the State courts of Mississippi and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. Mr. Jones attended Belhaven University where he earned an athletic scholarship for the men’s soccer team and obtained a Bachelor of the Sciences in Psychology with a Minor in Business. Mr. Jones has utilized his training in psychology in the courtroom for jury selection, and at the settlement table to seek to understand his opponent.
