Christian W. Francis is a trial lawyer serving Northeast Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. His practice is focused on representing individuals and small businesses in civil and commercial matters. In his civil practice, Christian concentrates on car and tractor-trailer accidents; medical malpractice lawsuits; slip and fall accidents; and, product liability lawsuits. Christian also defends individuals in all types of misdemeanor and felony crimes, from drunk driving (driving under the influence/DUI) to major crimes, in both state and federal courts. Christian has successfully handled trials and appeals to the Superior Court on behalf of his civil and criminal clients. Christian completed his undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University and received his law degree from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Law. During law school, he clerked for a District Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and worked for several prominent civil litigation firms in Pittsburgh. Most recently, he worked for a large regional defense firm where he defended insurance companies, hospitals, and a multinational transportation company in civil and commercial matters. Christian's experience defending these organizations in high stakes litigation has given him a distinct advantage that he can now use against these types of defendants in his current practice. Christian is admitted to practice in all of Pennsylvania’s state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts. Born and raised in the area, Christian currently resides in South Abington with his wife and three children.

My experience spans more than 30 years representing accident victims and injured workers. I represent injured clients across the entire state of Iowa. Charlie focuses his legal practice in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, social security disability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, general civil litigation, and employment law. Charlie served as Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Crystal City from 2004-2007. Charlie has been a guest speaker and lecturer for various civil organizations and educational programs, serving as an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis Community College and guest lecturer at Jefferson College and currently serves as Adjunct Professor at Jefferson College.

She attended the University of Miami, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2010. While there, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and graduated in the top five percent of her class. She was also a member of the prestigious University of Miami President’s 100. She then attended the University of Miami Law School, graduating in 2013 Magna Cum Laude. Trevor grew up in farm country on the Eastern Shore of Maryland where he spent his youth sailing on the Chesapeake Bay. Trevor is a 2007 graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park, where he graduated with a degree in engineering. While in college, Trevor was the captain of the UMD sailing team as well as a delegate to the Inter-collegiate Sailing Association. After his tenure at the University of Maryland, Trevor attended law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he participated in mock trials as well as the intellectual property law society. In 2010, Trevor graduated from law school and met and married his delightful wife, Crystal, and decided to make South Carolina his new home. Trevor began his legal career at Nexsen Pruet, LLC, one of the largest litigation law firms in South Carolina. While at Nexsen Pruet, Trevor worked on a variety of hospital, pharmaceutical, state/federal government compliance, and intellectual property lawsuits. Trevor has spent the last 10 years working on civil litigation matters of nearly all variety from premises liability and medical malpractice to products liability and real estate litigation. Trevor is admitted to practice in South Carolina, Maryland, and The United States District Court of South Carolina. Kevin A. Osborne is the managing attorney with Ross Mann Personal Injury Lawyers. He is originally from eastern Kentucky and grew up in the town of Paintsville. Following his graduation from high school in 2007, Kevin attended Georgetown College, where he studied History and Political Science. After his graduation from Georgetown College in 2011, Kevin attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky. While in law school, Kevin clerked for a large regional defense firm in eastern Kentucky, where he gained valuable experience concerning the judicial system. Following law school, and after passing the Bar Examination in 2014, Kevin began his legal career as an associate attorney at the same defense firm he had previously clerked for. Jay Vaughn is one of the first attorneys to be Board Certified in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Jay was born in Louisville, Kentucky.
