Since 1994 attorney, Michael D. Shook, has been specializing in family law, criminal defense and personal injury law cases.

The Principal Attorney and CEO at LloydWinter, P.C., Jody is responsible for all aspects of legal representation and business management. He ensures each client receives an exceptional standard of service. Jody personally oversees the management of LloydWinter, P.C., including client intake, representation in court, case management, and point of contact. His expertise in business and real estate law as well as personal injury representation allows him to bring personable legal assistance to his community and beyond. Accomplished Experience: Prior to founding LloydWinter, P.C., Jody worked with the firm Gilmore, Wood, Vinnard & Magness in Fresno, California. There he practiced civil litigation in a variety of business and commercial cases. He practiced real estate and business litigation, including a published constitutional opinion in the matter of Tosi et al. v. County of Fresno (2008) 161 Cal.App.4th 799. Dedicated to Service: Jody has been dedicated to serving the public and fighting for the rights of others from a young age. He has served as a campus coordinator and several other volunteer roles at The Well Community Church (www.thewellcommunity.org) in Fresno where he continues to lead in the small group ministry. Suzanne Whibbs received her undergraduate degree from the Auburn University in 1993. In 1997, she received her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Ms. Whibbs is a member of the Florida Bar, the Escambia-Santa Rosa County Bar Association, and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar. Her practice focuses primarily on Social Security Disability, Guardianships for Individuals with Special Needs, Probate-Estate Administration and Estate Planning – Wills & Trust.

Attorney Michael “Mike” Ziegler represents consumers and business owners in resolving their difficult debts using bankruptcy, defending collection lawsuits, foreclosure defense, and suing lenders and debt collectors for illegal activities. Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney Lee Gunn focuses his practice of law upon the prosecution of cases involving substantial losses in the State of Florida. These cases frequently involve wrongful death and serious injuries to patients victimized by medical malpractice, defective products, and construction accidents. He also prosecutes direct and bad faith insurance claim dispute actions against insurance companies. Often these cases involve hurricane and other property owner claims where an insurer refuses to pay fully, fairly and promptly. Before representing plaintiffs, Lee defended insurance companies, hospitals, product manufacturers and other large corporations from 1983 until 2000. Lee Gunn is Board Certified in Civil Trial by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocates, AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named among Leading American Attorneys by his peers, to Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite and named in Florida SuperLawyers Magazine since its first Florida attorneys rating.

Jason began his legal career in high school working as a legal assistant for a personal injury firm in Florida, where he learned the ins-and-outs of operating a law firm. He then attended the University of South Florida from 2000 to 2004 and then moved on to Barry University School of Law in Orlando, FL for his legal degree. After graduating from Barry, Jason briefly worked at as a family and business law attorney before learning quickly that he wanted to work for himself, at which point he decided to start his first law firm with a focus on franchise law. Jason’s position within Franchise.Law is as Managing Attorney, which means he is responsible for helping new and established franchisors grow their businesses while simultaneously helping them understand their rights, duties, and obligations. His key responsibilities include providing franchisors with operational support, reviewing vendor contracts, drafting franchise disclosure documents, filing franchisors in various states, and representing franchisors in disputes with franchisees. Since 2009, Jason has spoken across the country at various franchise events about buying a franchise and franchising your own business. In 2013, he earned the title of Certified Franchise Executive through the International Franchise Association. Additionally, he was named a Franchise Times Legal Eagle in 2018-2020, an award given to attorneys who live and breathe franchising and have an in-depth understanding of the sophisticated business model.

Mr. Cruz Carino achieved his Doctor of Jurisprudence, from Stetson University College of Law. Before that, he received his Bachelor of Arts, finishing in the top ten percent of his class, from The University of Florida. He served as a Certified State Intern in the State’s Attorney’s Office, where he tried more than ten cases, and was also privileged to serve as a Federal Judicial Intern to the Honorable District Judge Elizabeth A. Kovachevich, of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Upon graduation, Mr. Cruz worked as a Judicial Staff Attorney for four years in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court. From there, he served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General from 2001-2012, handling criminal appeals and collateral petitions on behalf of the State of Florida. Mr. Cruz has argued before the Second District Court of Appeal, the Fifth District Court of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, and is also admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida. He is fluent in Spanish, and has taught as an adjunct professor at Saint Petersburg College. He currently heads the Appellate Section of The Pendas Law Firm and is the (interim) Managing Attorney for the Tampa office. He oversees all appellate matters and provides litigation support to attorneys throughout the firm. Additionally, he handles his own litigation case load. His practice focuses on general civil litigation, appeals and trial support. Mr. Cruz guides all appeals from the filing of a notice of appeal through the filing of a motion to recall mandate.
