Since joining TorHoerman Law in 2009, Jacob Plattenberger has taken hundreds of depositions, argued in countless hearings, and tried over thirty-five (35) cases to a jury. His experience in and out of the courtroom has made him a passionate advocate for those injured due to the negligence of others. Jake started his career trying cases at one of the busiest civil courthouses in the country – the Richard J. Daley Center in downtown Chicago. He started out doing insurance defense because he knew that afforded him the best opportunity to get courtroom experience. This type of real trial experience is exceedingly rare in complex civil litigation and having seen it from the defense side gives Jake an added advantage.

Tyler joined TorHoerman Law in 2013 and has spent a majority of his time with the firm working on our mass tort litigation.

Mr. Stockstill graduated from Louisiana State University (B.A. 2005) and Louisiana State University Law Center (J.D./D.C.L. 2009). Admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2009. Mr. Stockstill’s primary focus is within the firm’s litigation practice, with a concentration on personal injury, products liability, family law, successions, contract disputes, and collections. Experienced litigator in both state and federal courts. Also has extensive practice in transactional matters, including estate planning and the drafting of wills, trusts, pre-nuptial agreements, business contracts, and residential and commercial leases. Allen Yates grew up in Flintstone, Georgia, just outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee. A graduate of Vanderbilt University’s School of Engineering and Georgia State University’s College of Law, Allen focuses his practice on helping individuals facing difficult issues in criminal defense and personal injury. Licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Tennessee, Allen has served as lead counsel on hundreds of cases in the State and Federal Courts of Georgia and Tennessee over a decade long career. In Jenny Hubach’s 26 years of legal experience, she has represented thousands of criminal defendants in cases from Capital Murder through trucker traffic tickets. After receiving her Juris Doctor Degree from McGeorge School of Law, she became a member of the Nevada State Bar in 1989. In Jenny’s early career, she was a Deputy District Attorney in Washoe County, Nevada representing the state in criminal cases. She left the DA’s Office and began representing clients in personal injury cases before going into private practice and representing criminal defendants until present.
