Over the last 35 years I have had the privilege of representing numerous friends, clients and family members in many different areas of law. I primarily am a litigator in a general practice of law dealing with issues that the average family, person or small company runs into. I have been fortunate enough to have a successful practice handling numerous and interesting cases. My office is across the street from the Hamilton County Courthouse at 917 Main Street in an historic building which I own in conjunction with an associate. My practice areas primarily are concentrated in Hamilton County as well as Butler, Clermont and Warren Counties. I am licensed not only in Ohio, but in Federal District Court, Southern District of Ohio as well as in the Eastern District of Kentucky and recently represented an individual in the Federal District Court in Indianapolis on a Pro Hac Vice basis. As a workaholic I tend to be in my office almost seven days a week and attempt to provide a benefit for every client irrespective of the facts of the case, the culpability or liability of my client. It has been my experience that things are very rarely black and white, there are always at least two sides or more to every dispute or issue and I do my best to advocate zealously on behalf of my client. Over the years I have made numerous close friends who start out as clients and have maintained those relationships. I am a life-long resident of Cincinnati, with three children, graduated from St. X High School, Xavier University and UC Law School with a third year of college at Loyola in Rome, Italy. You might say it is very difficult for me to go anywhere in the city without running into someone I know. I hope to maintain a good reputation with all my clients and in the legal community and want to continue that goal. Noble McIntyre was born in Fargo, North Dakota in 1970. In 1971 his family moved to a small town in western Oklahoma called Burns Flat. After graduating as Valedictorian from high school in 1988 and as just 1 of 100 Oklahoma Academic All-Staters in the entire state, Noble attended Oklahoma Baptist University where he graduated with honors and a degree in Accounting with a minor in Business. After graduating from OBU in 1992, he then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received his juris-doctorate degree in May 1995. He passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam in July 1995 and was sworn in as an attorney September 1995. He joined a local firm and was named a partner in the firm one year later. Mr. Jones’s practice includes all types of injuries, and death caused by the negligence of a person or business. Many injuries occur on the roadway, 18-wheeler or trucking wrecks, and car wrecks. His practice also includes slip and fall litigation, motorcycle wrecks, bicycle wrecks, pedestrian wrecks and any other insurance claim involving injuries. Mr. Jones attended the University of Mississippi School of Law. He is admitted to the practice of law in all of the State courts of Mississippi and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. Mr. Jones attended Belhaven University where he earned an athletic scholarship for the men’s soccer team and obtained a Bachelor of the Sciences in Psychology with a Minor in Business. Mr. Jones has utilized his training in psychology in the courtroom for jury selection, and at the settlement table to seek to understand his opponent.

Christian W. Francis is a trial lawyer serving Northeast Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. His practice is focused on representing individuals and small businesses in civil and commercial matters. In his civil practice, Christian concentrates on car and tractor-trailer accidents; medical malpractice lawsuits; slip and fall accidents; and, product liability lawsuits. Mr. Gorman is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He is also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate. He is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School.
