Rob Kornfeld has been practicing personal injury law for more than 38 years and he is licensed to practice law in Washington, New York, and Arizona. He graduated from the University of Vermont (UVM) in 1976 with college honors in the area of European Studies. Because he’d been raised in a medical family, Rob started out in pre-med at UVM, and despite a strong interest in medicine, the study of law turned out to be his true calling. Justin L. Lawrence is the managing partner of Lawrence & Associates, the successful law firm he founded in 2005. Joey Morris was born in Dothan, Alabama and moved at a young age to Florida, where he graduated from Ft. Walton Beach High School. Upon graduation he attended the University of Alabama where he graduated with a BS in Finance. Joey then entered the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where he graduated in 1994. While in law school Joey attended the University of Kent in Canterbury, England for a summer semester where he studied the European Common Market, and Comparative law of the United States and Great Britain under the direction of former appellate judge and Solicitor General of the United States, Ken Starr. In addition, Joey was the victor in the school wide Haley Federal Trial Competition and was later chosen to serve as the Director of the Cumberland Trial Advocacy Board. He was also listed in Who’s Who of American Law students. After law school Joey practiced for a year as a defense attorney with the former Gadsden firm of Simmons, Brunson, Sasser and Callis, PC. He then continued his defense practice by moving to Dothan and joining the firm of Cobb and Shealy, P.C. where his practice concentrated in the areas of wrongful death, products liability and personal injury. In 1999 he left Cobb and Shealy, P.C. and co-founded what is today the law firm of Morris, Andrews, Talmadge & Driggers LLC, which is committed to exclusively representing individuals or businesses that have been injured or damaged by the conduct of another. Joey’s experience as a former insurance defense attorney has proved invaluable in assisting his clients when it comes to litigating and obtaining a fair recovery. Jeffrey T. Sampson was born in Louisville, Kentucky on March 23, 1967. He received his B.B.A. with honors in management from the University of Kentucky, where he was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He graduated in 1989 and then obtained his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1992. Mr. Sampson is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Justice Association, and the Kentucky Justice Association. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Bar Association/Young Lawyer’s Section. He has lectured to professional groups on the subjects of medical malpractice and workers’ compensation. He is repeatedly identified by the Kentucky Trial Court Review as one of Kentucky’s Most Prolific Trial Lawyers. Mr. Sampson is a member of Southeast Christian Church in Louisville. He is married with three children, and enjoys time with his family, snow skiing and golf.

I graduated from law school with the goal of working in criminal defense. For approximately the first four years of my practice, I accepted privately retained and court-appointed criminal defense cases and gained valuable trial experience. After I was rear-ended three times in one year and suffered compounded whiplash, I became interested in personal injury law. Since then, I have expanded my practice into include a combination of criminal and general civil litigation including auto accidents, dog bites, premises liability, product liability, police misconduct, expungements, stalking/restraining orders. I offer a free phone consultation for personal injury clients only. For landlord tenant cases, we must first do a conflicts check, then my initial consultation rate is $200.00 which is a reduction of our normal $300.00 hourly rate. If you are a tenant, I sometimes offer a contingency fee rate after the initial consultation.

Patrick Dylan Witherington has been practicing law for 18 years. A lifetime resident of Nashville, Patrick received his law degree from the University of Tennessee and is active with the Nashville Bar Association, where he served on the board of the young lawyer's division.
