Jacqueline Salcines, Esq. was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated high school from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy. She then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in accounting, from the University of Miami Business School. Thereafter, Ms. Salcines attended and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. She has been practicing law in South Florida for over 20 years. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Salcines worked for the family accounting practice as a bookkeeper since the age of 16, and later as an accountant for five years after graduating. That is when she decided to pursue her passion for business law, and enrolled in law school. Working as a paralegal in law firms during the day and attending law school at night, Ms. Salcines obtain her Juris Doctor degree in law in 1998. Ms. Salcines began her legal career interning at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. Prior to opening her own law firm, she worked as an Associate at a federal/civil litigation, criminal defense and real estate law firm. Thereafter, she went out on her own and established Jacqueline A. Salcines, PA in the year 2000. She continued to practice real estate, litigation and business law. Since 2000, Mrs. Salcines’ practice has consisted primarily of real estate law, title and business law matters. With an emphasis on real estate transactions, debt settlement and corporate litigation, Ms. Salcines firm represents clients both locally and internationally.

Attorney Tobin, a native of the Tampa Bay area, received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a Minor in International Studies, from the University of South Florida in 1988. In 1996, Mr. Tobin received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in Texas. While at St. Mary’s, Mr. Tobin was active in trial advocacy, mock trial and moot court as well as the International Law Association. He attended the Institute for World Legal Problems in Austria in 1994 and interned with Justice Craig Enoch of the Supreme Court of Texas in 1995. Mr. Tobin was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996 and began his career primarily practicing employment law in Daytona Beach, Florida. He returned to the Tampa Bay area in 1998,where he has continued practicing employment litigation ever since. In addition, he has expanded his practice areas to include commercial litigation, contract disputes and business law. Mr. Tobin is focused on using his diverse background in providing legal services to both individuals and corporate clients, whether counseling them on individual rights, or issues relating to their companies, employment relationships or prospective business transactions. He has also enjoyed trial work in both federal and state courts throughout his career, as well as prosecuting appeals in both arenas. Beyond his extensive practice in Florida state courts, Mr. Tobin is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.

Attorney Bruce S. Rosenwater was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a veteran attorney, having assisted Floridians for more than 30 years. Bruce founded and developed his law firm as a law firm for life. He developed the firm’s practice areas to span most, if not all of an individual’s and a family’s lifetime legal needs. He has distinguished his practice by willingly being a family’s lawyer and counselor throughout the various stages and circumstance of their lives, from owning a first home to unfortunately unavoidable disputes, business and real estate legal needs and even injury, probate and guardianship law. Michael A. Fischler is the senior partner of Fischler & Friedman, P.A. Mr. Fischler was born in New York and has been a resident of Broward County Florida since 1966. Mr. Fischler currently serves as President of the Broward County Bar Association. He graduated from Jacksonville University in 1975, where he double majored in Business and Psychology and minored in Accounting. Thereafter, Mr. Fischler attended both law school and business school at Nova Southeastern University where he graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 1978. Mr. Fischler began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Broward County State Attorney's Office. After three years, Mr. Fischler was promoted to be in ASA in charge of the Economic Crime, Consumer Fraud, and Civil Division. After leaving the State Attorney's Office in 1984, he entered into private practice as an associate with a mid-sized law firm, concentrating in the areas of commercial and civil litigation. In 1992, he joined his practice with Howard S. Friedman, Esq. and formed Fischler & Friedman, P.A. Jerry Pitkin is the lead attorney at Pitkin Law.
