Erin Elliott is the managing attorney of Elliott Immigration Law LLC. She focuses her practice 100% on immigration law. She represents individuals, families and companies in obtaining various temporary visas such as fiancé, student, trainee, entrepreneur and employment as well as permanent immigration through family and employers. After attending Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, Erin continued her education at Loyola Law School in New Orleans. Upon her graduation from law school, Erin returned to Atlanta and began her career at a national law firm where she specialized in business and corporate law for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups. While assisting such clients, she became aware of the difficulties in obtaining and keeping foreign worker employees. Also during this time, Erin met her Turkish husband and was personally exposed to the green card and naturalization process. Based on her experiences, Erin opened her own law practice in 2011 to assist businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals in navigating the, often intimidating, U.S. immigration legal system. Erin is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and volunteers for Catholic Charities of Atlanta- Immigration Legal Services, Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and as a Guardian Ad Litem in Fulton County, Georgia.

Born in Ilion, New York, Attorney Chester J. "Chet" Gregg graduated from the State University of New York, College at Oswego in 1993 with a B.S. in Secondary Education. In 1995 Mr. Gregg moved to Boston, Massachusetts and attended law school at the New England School of Law. As a law student Mr. Gregg worked with multiple government organizations including the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and the Committee for Public Counsel Services (public defender). Mr. Gregg also gained experience in personal injury law through employment at the law firm of Roche, Heifetz, Murphy & Wholley, in Boston, MA, and at the law offices of Kenneth Halpern and Associates in Newton, MA. Mr. Gregg also served as a Case & Note Editor for the New England Law Review. Mr. Gregg graduated from law school in 1998, Magna Cum Laude. After law school Mr. Gregg was employed by a small computer software company, Forefield, Inc., in Worcester, Massachusetts. While at Forefield Mr. Gregg worked as a staff writer, production manager and worked on various corporate legal matters. In 2000 Mr. Gregg moved to San Antonio, Texas where he was employed at Standard Aero, Inc., as a government contracts specialist. Mr. Gregg joined the U.S. Army JAG Corps in 2001 and was stationed with the 3d Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, Georgia. Mr. Gregg initially served as a legal assistance attorney helping soldiers resolve consumer issues such as a landlord tenant law and military administrative issues. He then served as a military prosecutor for the next two years, trying cases involving drug use, assault, firearms, desertion and theft. Mr. Gregg deployed to Kuwait and Iraq with 2d Brigade, 3d Infantry Division, and was the first military JAG to arrive in Baghdad in April 2003. In May 2004 Mr. Gregg was appointed to be a Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) responsible for prosecuting civilian crimes under Federal Law committed on Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. In that role Mr. Gregg prosecuted a wide variety of crimes ranging from driving under the influence (DUI) to attempted murder. His most notable case involved the prosecution of a civilian working as a contractor in Iraq under the Military Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Act (MEJA). Mr. Gregg's military awards include the Bronze Star Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Iraq Campaign Medal, the Overseas Service Ribbon, the Army Service Ribbon, and the Combat Action Badge. Mr. Gregg is admitted to the state bars of Massachusetts, Florida, and Georgia. He is also admitted to the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Attorney Richard L. Williams provides legal services for driver’s license restoration, expungement of criminal records, domestic assault, civil infractions, misdemeanors and felonies, including OWI (DUI, DWI) drug possession, and other related issues and offenses. During that time, he was also the chief legal clerk for Circuit Court Judge Paul Mahinske in Howell, Michigan. He has also taught upper-division level contracts and business organizations at Michigan State University as well as Lansing Community College and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. In September 2021, he began his 44th year as a lawyer in private practice. He has represented more than 7,000 individuals and business entities in matters ranging from divorce, real estate, wills, corporations, and personal injury/wrongful death to defending those who are criminally accused. Today, he focuses on driver’s license restoration, expungement of criminal records, criminal defense, and setting up new businesses via corporate form or otherwise. Personal & Educational History Attorney Williams was born in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn, New York in 1947. His father owned his own newspaper and was an investigative journalist by trade; his mother was a hospital dietitian with a Master’s in food chemistry. He attended high school in Thompson, Connecticut at Marianapolis Preparatory School and graduated with a classical and a scientific diploma. Thereafter, he attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and received a BA degree with majors in history and chemistry, minors in economics. He attended and graduated from Thomas Cooley Law School in May 1978. He’s married with seven children, which include six sons and one daughter. His outside interests include gardening, wilderness camping, playing and teaching music, cooking, writing, and competitive league bowling during the winter months.

While serving in this capacity, John obtained a first degree murder conviction as lead prosecutor in a federal jury trial in the United States District Court in Raleigh, North Carolina. While serving as a Judge Advocate, John also tried 10 court-marshals to the military equivalent of a jury. Following his tenure as a Marine Judge Advocate, John came to New York and joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom as a litigation associate where, for the next four years, he worked on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, attorney conflict of interest, and securities-related litigation matters. John then moved to Deutsche Klagsbrun & Blasband, a copyright litigation firm in Manhattan where he spent the next three years litigating intellectual property disputes in federal court before forming The Law Office of John M. Daly and his present “Of counsel” relationship with The Fitzgerald Law Firm. Before attending law school on a Marine Corps-sponsored program, John served for six years as a Marine Corps aviator, accumulating over 1300 hours as the pilot-in-command in the F-4 Phantom, a two-seat, supersonic jet fighter. John is a graduate of the U.S. Navy’s “Top Gun” Fighter Pilot Training School in Miramar, CA.
