Michael J. Parker earned his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2001 and went on to receive his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University in 2004. Mr. Parker has focused his practice on advocating for the disabled for almost fifteen years. He is a board-certified Social Security Disability Advocate by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, an American Bar Association accredited organization. Mr. Parker has been recognized for his legal expertise as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star, which represents the top 2.5 percent of all attorneys under the age of 40 in 2010-2017. In January of 2018, Mr. Parker spearheaded the formation of our Pond Lehocky’s Long-Term Disability Department. Mr. Parker has taken his passion for representing disabled individual and applied to helping disabled individuals who are wrongfully denied insurance benefits. He is very involved in the legal community and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lackawanna County Bar Association, the Pike County Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. Kevin Steinberg’s passion and commitment to protecting and fighting for the rights of injured victims comes from 30 years of professional experience, as well as his own personal experience. Early in his legal career, Mr. Steinberg was involved in a serious motor vehicle collision where he sustained permanent injuries to his lower back and knees. This experience was quite humbling, and it made him fully appreciate what it is like to be seriously injured as a result of someone’s negligence and carelessness. More importantly, this experience made him realize the challenges clients face with maintaining their personal, professional, and social lives while trying to recover from an injury. This accident gave him a solid understanding of what his clients deal with every day while trying to rebuild their lives after an accident. Mr. Steinberg has spent 30 years dedicating himself to protecting the rights of injured victims and consumers. In his free time, Mr. Steinberg takes pride in being an active member of his community. He and his wife, Wendy, have been married for over 25 years. They have four boys who are all involved in multiple sports leagues and organizations. He has devoted the last 18 years volunteering his time as a coach for his boys’ baseball, soccer, and basketball teams, and he has served as a Board Member for several community sports organizations, which he consistently did for almost 2 decades.

Jimmy Chong is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey and in the District Courts of Washington DC, Delaware, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has offices in Wilmington, DE, Lansdale, PA and Philadelphia, PA. He focuses his practice on personal injury law but has handled a variety of other types of law including business transactions, landlord tenant law, contract law and criminal law. Mr. Chong has been rated by Super Lawyers in both Pennsylvania and Delaware, the National Trial Lawyers Association and the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He is presently a member of the Board of Directors at Penn Asian Senior Services, Philip Jaison Memorial Foundation and has served as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Korean American Association of Greater Philadelphia. He has acted as general counsel for the Korean American Grocers Association of Philadelphia. He earned his JD from Widener University School of Law which is presently known as Delaware Law School and his Estate Planning Certificate through the LLM Graduate Tax Program at Temple University Beasley School of Law. He has completed certificate courses with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He earned his BS in Business Management and BA in Economics from Bucknell University while earning the Bucknell Scholarship all four years he attended the university. He was born and raised in the State of Delaware, lived in Philadelphia, PA for many years but now resides with his family in Montgomery County, PA.

Keld R. Wenge is a graduate of the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America where he received his J.D. in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Wenge served as editor of CommLaw Conspectus: Journal of Communications Law and Policy. He was a 2011 participant in the Columbus Community Legal Services program, which was ranked #17 nationally among clinical programs. Mr. Wenge joined Pond Lehocky Giordano in June 2013 where he dedicates his practice to Workers’ Compensation matters and serving injured workers in Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Pond Lehocky, he practiced at a regional trial firm and represented the interests of injured Pennsylvania plaintiffs in state and federal major jury and arbitrational claims, including, but not limited to, construction site accidents, industrial accidents, OSHA violations, insurance bad faith, products liability, premises liability, workers’ compensation and Social Security disability matters. After joining Pond Lehocky, Mr. Wenge co-authored an article with Samuel Pond that was published in the Legal Intelligencer titled “A Subrogation Setback Provides a Framework for Lien Waivers.” He has presented to Temple University Legal Society’s law students on various occasions regarding the practice of law. I am a Board Certified lawyer. I have been practicing law since 1989. I have tried cases in 26 different counties. I personally work on the cases. I have seven great legal assistants and one lawyer, J.J. Bragg, who works with me. I grew up an Army Brat. My father was a Chaplain in the U.S. Army for 30 years. My mother was a school teacher. I lived in many places growing up, including New York City, Bamberg, Germany, Colorado Springs, North Carolina, Stone Mountain, Georgia, Pasadena, California. My mother, Gerry Juhan, was from Beaumont, Texas. My grandfather worked at Mobil for more than 30 years. We moved back to Texas during my sophomore year of high school. I graduated from South Park High School in 1982. I went straight to Lamar University. I graduated from Lamar in 1986. I went straight to South Texas College of Law, located in downtown Houston. My daughter Jessica was born during law school I graduated from law school in 1989. I have been in private practice since 1989. I started my own law firm in 2003. My daughter Jessica is married and she has three wonderful daughters, Madeline, Mackenzie, and Mallorie. I am married to Angelica Juhan. She works at the Federal Bureau of Prisons. She has three children, Christopher, Desi, and Ale'. Christopher is on his own and Desi and Ale live with us and attend Kelly High School. I love practicing law here in my hometown of Beaumont. I am truly blessed in every aspect of my life.

William L. Nealy, IIhas been practicing law for almost 15 years. He received his undergraduate degree from Florida A & M University in accounting in April, 1997. He began working for Parker Hannifin as an accountant in their managerial accounting program in May of 1997; however, after a year and a half, he attended law school at the University of Houston Law Center in August, 1998.
