Seth McCloskey is a dedicated trial lawyer who has made a career out of seeking justice for victims of negligence, particularly when a large company’s conduct is the root cause of his client’s injuries. Seth is one of only a handful of lawyers in Texas with a national Board Certification in Truck Accident Law. Additionally, Mr. McCloskey is one of the even fewer number of lawyers across the nation with Board Certifications in both Truck Accident Law and Personal Injury Trial Law. Jack E. "Bobby" Truitt was born in Texas, but raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. After graduating from Jesuit High School of New Orleans, he attended Louisiana State University where he obtained a business administration degree with a minor in political science. He then obtained his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law and has been licensed in Louisiana and Texas since. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State and Federal District and Appellate Courts and has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court as well. Mr. Truitt began his practice with a small defense firm that practiced primarily admiralty, worker's compensation, and general casualty litigation. However, he soon joined a larger insurance defense firm in Metairie, Louisiana where he began trying many cases on behalf of major national clients such as Kmart, Cox Cable, Tonti Properties, and Walgreens; there, he obtained numerous "zero verdicts" in bench and jury trials. Mr. Truitt soon became a partner in this firm, but was dissatisfied with the "big firm" mentality, so he formed his own firm with two assistant district attorneys, who thereafter returned to practicing criminal law on a full-time basis. The Truitt Law Firm continued with the association of Jack E. Truitt, Bobby's father, who has since passed, and others. The firm continues to represent major national clients successfully at the trial and appellate levels. The firm has significant experience in the areas of pharmaceutical defense, automobile litigation, premises liability, construction litigation, worker's compensation, business litigation, and criminal defense. Mr. Truitt has been a presenter at many continuing education seminars for other lawyers, paralegals, and claims professionals. He is also a former member of the Louisiana Bar Association House of Delegates, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, and the prestigious Defense Research Institute. He has achieved the highest rating from his peers in Martindale Hubbell, and the firm recently was awarded the distinction of approval by A. M. Best Insurance Ratings. Mr. Truitt serves on the Board of Directors for the West St. Tammany YMCA and is involved in other organizations benefitting the community. Mr. Truitt resides in Covington, Louisiana with his wife and three boys.

Jason Epstein is a partner at Premier Law Group, PLLC, a Bellevue personal injury and employment law firm representing victims of negligence and wrongful conduct. A Seattle native, Jason received his B.A. in Philosophy from USC and his J.D. from Pepperdine University. He has dedicated his practice solely to helping accident victims and their families achieve full recoveries. Over the course of his career, he has had extensive experience and success in cases involving both catastrophic and fatal injuries, medical malpractice issues and motor vehicle accidents of all types. He is frequently asked to speak on personal injury and trial practice topics to other groups of attorneys and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Washington Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Jason is also a published author.

Rob Kornfeld has been practicing personal injury law for more than 38 years and he is licensed to practice law in Washington, New York, and Arizona. He graduated from the University of Vermont (UVM) in 1976 with college honors in the area of European Studies. Because he’d been raised in a medical family, Rob started out in pre-med at UVM, and despite a strong interest in medicine, the study of law turned out to be his true calling. Rob’s medical interest ultimately led him to focus his practice on helping the injured and those who have been victims of tortious conduct by others. He attended law school at Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA and graduated in 1979.

Attorney Kevin Jensen was born and raised in Evanston, Wyoming, on a ranch where he learned the value of hard work. After graduating high school, Kevin left Wyoming to serve a two-year proselyting and service mission for his church in Las Vegas, Nevada. Upon his return from his mission, he attended Brigham Young University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Following Kevin’s graduation from BYU, he attended Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 1998-2001. There he participated in various school activities, including the Marquette University Law School Moot Court. After graduating from law school, Kevin moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he practiced law in the area of insurance defense litigation including insurance coverage, medical malpractice and liability litigation. In 2003, Kevin moved to Arizona to continue his work in insurance defense litigation. In 2006, Mr. Jensen founded Jensen Family Law and since that time, he has helped hundreds of individuals navigate the legal and emotional complexities family law issues create. With over 20 years of legal experience, Kevin has the sincerity, experience and knowledge needed to be a true ally for his clients. Craig Provorny is Managing Director of Herold Law. His practice focuses on counseling clients in employment-related matters, representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in business and shareholder disputes, trust and estate litigation, environmental cost recovery actions, plaintiff insurance recovery, and general commercial litigation. Craig has appeared in both state and federal courts, including the trial, appellate, and New Jersey Supreme Court and has numerous published opinions.

Mr. Boyd completed his undergraduate studies at Mississippi College in 1981. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Mr. Boyd completed his legal education at Mississippi College School of Law in 1984. During law school, Mr. Boyd was selected to serve as a member of the Editorial Board of the Mississippi College Law Review, and he had a casenote selected for publication in the Fall1983 Law Review. Mr. Boyd is also a “graduate” of the 1996 MiniMed School seminar sponsored by the University Of Mississippi Medical Center. Mr. Boyd devotes most of his legal practice to personal injury and wrongful death claims including car wrecks, 18-wheeler/big truck wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, slip and fall injuries, and UM insurance claims (underinsured and uninsured auto insurance issues).

Edward Pritchard was born in Columbia, South Carolina, on March 17, 1962. Edward graduated from the University of South Carolina (B.S. 1984), and the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D. 1987). While in law school, Edward was on the National Dean’s Honor List and was a member of the Order of Wig and Robe. He was a law clerk for the Honorable Randall T. Bell, South Carolina Court of Appeals. In August of 1988, Edward joined the law firm of Sinkler & Boyd, P.A., where he remained nearly twelve years, the last six of which he was a partner. In 2002, Edward formed The Pritchard Law Firm, which has expanded and become Pritchard & Elliott, Attorneys And Counselors At Law, LLC. Edward is admitted to the South Carolina Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, as well as the South Carolina Bar Association. He is currently a member of the S.C. Bar Association Nominating Committee, a member of the Charleston County Bar Association Executive Committee, as well as a member of the S.C. Bar Association House of Delegates. Edward also serves on the board of the Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority and is a former member of the City of Charleston Board of Zoning Appeals – Zoning and former chairman of the City of Charleston Board of Zoning Appeals – Site Design. Edward is the co-author of the S.C. chapter of Defense Research Institute Bad Faith Compendium. Edward has extensive experience in civil and administrative trial practice and appellate practice. His practice area includes Insurance Coverage and Extra-Contractual Litigation Defense, Commercial and Business Litigation, Commercial Transactions, Insurance Defense, Workers’ Compensation and Appellate Practice.

Mr. Murphy’s legal career emphasizes management labor, corporate, and litigation matters. Selected in the publication of Best Lawyers in America, Mr. Murphy represents many large and small businesses, including Fortune 500 corporations, and serves as counsel to a variety of trade associations as well as major governmental agencies in all areas of labor and employment law. Mr. Murphy has presented and argued hundreds of cases including labor and employment matters in proceedings at the administrative, state, and federal levels. He has successfully argued labor and employment cases at both the state and federal levels, including the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. Mr. Murphy is a former member of the Governor’s Task Force on Labor-Management Relations and past President of the Boston Chapter of the Industrial Relations Research Association and advisory counsel to the American Arbitration Association. In addition, Mr. Murphy is a member of the Labor Relations Advisory Committee, a select panel of the nation’s leading labor relations attorneys and he has served on a national team of seven lawyers that advises an association of 1,200 hospitals across North America. Mr. Murphy is a former Chairman of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, former Advisory Director of the Bank of Boston, and a Director of Quincy Mutual Insurance Company and other profit and non-profit corporations and trade associations. In December 1989, Mr. Murphy was honored as a recipient of the Cushing-Gavin Award for management representation in the field of labor relations. In 1996, Mr. Murphy was elected as a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Law. Mr. Murphy was one of only fifty practicing attorneys in the nation honored with the Fellowship appointment and was the only attorney in Massachusetts to receive the Fellowship. Mr. Murphy is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted to the Bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
