Born and raised in Northern California, Mona Deldar obtained her Bachelor’s degree with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley. After an internship at a personal injury law firm, Ms. Deldar was inspired to apply to law school. She attended the University of San Francisco School of Law where she was a member of the Maritime Law Journal. She received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2003. Ms. Deldar’s practice is dedicated to representing injured plaintiffs in a broad range of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. Carl R. Gustafson is a Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist with the California Board of Legal Specialization! In 2003, Carl graduated from UCLA Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors in History. In 2005, he was a legal intern for Global Justice in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he drafted sections of human rights situation reports and submitted them to the United Nations and other international bodies. He also researched issues of international jurisdiction and the enforcement of international treaties. Carl went on to graduate with honors from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2007, where he was also an associate editor for the Ecological Law Quarterly. It was Carl's yearning to right wrongs and preventing injustice that made law his calling. When Carl lived in Brazil he enjoyed the sights and playing pickup sports on the beach, but he was also witness to a cold reality: one of corruption and injustice. Carl has a passion for consumer rights. "It made me angry to see people get ripped off," said Carl. "I feel like we are hitting the big guys. We are punching back and making them pay for all the bets they thought they wouldn't get caught in." The confidence and ease of Carl is born of experience that is well beyond his years. He started working with bankruptcy in 2003 when he graduated from UCLA. Carl opened the Lincoln Law California offices and focuses his practice exclusively on bankruptcy law in the East Bay area. In August 2011, Carl was a presenter panelist on Practising Law Institute's seminar and webcast "Chapter 13 Bankruptcy: Its Value and How It Benefits Low-Income Debtors."

Stephen Healy has practiced law for over 27 years, now focusing his practice on asbestos compensation claims and asbestos civil litigation in state and federal court. Word soon got around that he did trials in a community of lawyers who actively try to keep clear of them, and the firm started to attract referrals from attorneys who needed a lawyer to show up for a trial. Since then, Arno has averaged four trials per year and only lost once! He focuses on all of the firm’s personal injury cases that require litigation i.e., that are not settled by Zorik and the in-house insurance team.

With over 25 years of experience, Wayne started out representing insurance companies as defense counsel. The insight he gained enabled him to advocate effectively on behalf of the injured parties with valid claims against insurance companies, other companies or individuals. Since 1993 he has represented "plaintiffs only" in personal injury, workers' compensation, disability, and wrongful termination/discrimination/retaliation cases. Attorney Bilsky graduated from the University of Florida with a BS/BA in Finance in 1986. He graduated from Law School at the University of Florida in 1989. While in session in Law School, Mr. Bilsky interned for a plaintiff's firm, specializing in Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation cases. Each summer break during law school, Mr. Bilsky worked in Orlando at different law firms, specializing in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury.

Jacqueline Salcines, Esq. was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated high school from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy. She then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in accounting, from the University of Miami Business School. Thereafter, Ms. Salcines attended and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. She has been practicing law in South Florida for over 20 years. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Salcines worked for the family accounting practice as a bookkeeper since the age of 16, and later as an accountant for five years after graduating. That is when she decided to pursue her passion for business law, and enrolled in law school. Working as a paralegal in law firms during the day and attending law school at night, Ms. Salcines obtain her Juris Doctor degree in law in 1998. Ms. Salcines began her legal career interning at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. Prior to opening her own law firm, she worked as an Associate at a federal/civil litigation, criminal defense and real estate law firm. Thereafter, she went out on her own and established Jacqueline A. Salcines, PA in the year 2000. She continued to practice real estate, litigation and business law. Since 2000, Mrs. Salcines’ practice has consisted primarily of real estate law, title and business law matters. With an emphasis on real estate transactions, debt settlement and corporate litigation, Ms. Salcines firm represents clients both locally and internationally.
