Henry L. Doner, Esq., is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, and the Delaware Law School of Widener University. He is admitted to the State Bars of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. He is admitted to the Federal Districts of New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. His areas of law practice consist of plaintiff’s injury representation, workers’ compensation claims. He is the managing partner of the firm, with an undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He also serves as a Board Member and Officer in various for profit and not for profit businesses in the Southern New Jersey Area. He was a staff writer for the Delaware Law Forum. He is married with two children. He is a South Jersey native, a graduate of Cherry Hill High School West. He is an alumnus of the Sigma Alpha Rho fraternity, Epsilon chapter, and Sigma Omicron Beta Fraternity at FDU Metro Campus. He played NCAA Varsity Lacrosse 1979 and 1980 at FDU.

Charles Boyk is a practicing lawyer in the state of Ohio, who focuses on personal injury law. He has tried cases in the areas of brain injury, car accident, catastrophic injury, mass torts, dog bite, insurance claims, medical malpractice, motorcycle accident, and wrongful death.

I grew up in Lakewood, Ohio, the younger brother of two sisters and the son of immigrants. My mom was born in Germany and my dad was a Gottscheer. Gottschee was once a settlement of Austrians in what's now Slovenia; a settlement of German speakers that existed for about 600 years until 1941 ​ I started my legal career working as a law clerk for the Hon. Judge Harry Hanna and the Hon. Judge Leo Spellacy and visiting Judges assigned to preside over civil Jury Trials. During my time with the Court, I gained valuable experience observing lawyers handling Trials and insight in how Judges preside over Trials. As a law clerk, I assisted Judges with legal issues arose during those Trials. ​ After working for the Court, I practiced law for more than 18 years with a large regional defense firm representing insurance companies and insureds in a wide-variety of civil lawsuits including cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, mass tort, retail and hospitality, trucking and commercial transportation, commercial litigation, creditor's rights, and condominium law. ​ A few years ago, I had an opportunity to represent a woman who suffered a wrist injury and a unique, but serious condition when an airbag caused abrasions on her neck and face. Over-the-counter medications used to treat the abrasions caused my client to develop an allergy to propylene glycol. When I first got involved, the insurance company for the individual who caused that accident offered a mere $5,000 and denied that her condition was related to the accident. After working on the case, I obtained a significant six figure settlement. I gained a satisfaction that made me realize I wanted to represent individuals and families.

William Davis, a native of East Liverpool, graduated from the Ohio State University School of Law and immediately joined Aronson and Fineman. By 1986 he had already tried enough personal injury and wrongful death jury trials that he earned certification as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the State Trial Lawyers Associations of Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. He is a former President of the Columbiana County Bar Association, a former Trustee of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and a former Governor of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. He was formerly on the Board of Governors of the Ohio State Bar Association, its Ethics and Grievance Committee, and its Negligence Law Committee. His practice consists in large part of representing personal injury victims and settling wrongful death claims. He is known for complex litigation involving insurance, medical malpractice, product liability, utility liability, and all types of vehicle crashes. His clients have included other lawyers, their spouses, and secretaries. He regularly acts as co-counsel or consultant to other lawyers in their representation of victims suffering from personal injury or wrongful death damages. In addition to being a licensed attorney, William is an instrument-rated single and multi-engine private airplane pilot.

Charles Tyler Sr. is a compassionate, dedicated attorney with his office located downtown Akron, Ohio. He focuses his practice in the areas of family law and bankruptcy. Attorney Tyler received his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law. He also received his Master’s in Public Administration, and Master’s in Education Administration from the University of Akron. Jason focuses his practice on complex civil litigation involving business and real estate matters. He received a merit-based Founders Scholarship to attend Tulane University and graduated cum laude in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in both Business Management and Legal Studies in Business. Jason then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2007. During law school, Jason was selected to become a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and later served as a Moot Court Board Vice President administering the 2006 Negotiation Competition. In addition, he won the Fall 2005 Advanced Moot Court Competition and was a finalist in a 2006 American Bar Association Regional Negotiation Competition. Jason is involved in a variety of local organizations including as a Board Member of the B’nai B’rith Justice Unit # 5207, a member of the Broward County Bar Association, and a member of the Tulane Alumni Club of South Florida.
