Ms. Austin Dominick joined Pearson & Paris, P.C. as an associate attorney in December 2020, and will focus her skillset in the areas of family law, probate, and general civil litigation. She received her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Dominick served as president for the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and was a member of the Environmental Law Society, Health Law Society, International Law Society, and the Women’s Law Caucus. Ms. Dominick also participated in the Washington Moderate Means Practicum where she worked on matters related to family, housing, and consumer law for those who cannot afford a full fee attorney yet exceed the low-income qualifications for free legal assistance. Having been born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Ms. Dominick is an ardent supporter of the Colorado community. She comes from a long line of distinguished lawyers and is eager to continue the family legacy of helping those in need. Ms. Dominick has experience working with diverse clients at the Seattle Civil Rights Office, the Washington Moderate Means practicum and has experience in workers compensation as well as personal injury law. Ms. Dominick understands the complex nature of the law, has an exceptional eye for detail, and will work hard to ensure her clients receive the legal representation and compassion they deserve. Ms. Dominick is passionate about protecting the environment, defending animals, and advocating for meaningful change that will promote social equity. When Ms. Dominick is away from the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors skiing, traveling, swimming, and playing with her cat and other animals. Cheryl Fisher graduated summa cum laude from Saint Mary's College in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 1997, she graduated in the top third of her class in a dual degree program at Washington University School of Law and School of Social Work with her law degree and a Masters in Social Work. Cheryl has been a certified mediator since 1994 and has advanced training in the mediation of family and divorce conflicts. She practices in Illinois and Missouri focusing on family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, guardianship, adoption and mediation of conflicts in these areas. She also focuses on Orders of Protection.

Suzanne Cichon is the founder and managing attorney of Athena Law PLLC. She is committed to providing quality legal services to her clients in the most cost efficient manner possible. She understands that whether it is divorce, child custody, co-parent adoption, decree modification or an enforcement issue, her clients are trusting her with all they hold most dear — their assets, their homes, and their children. Athena Law PLLC was founded in 2020, with a goal of being a modern law firm that had a fresh approach to legal services. Ms. Cichon has previously worked in various different industries, including construction, sports, child welfare and the non-profit sector. Cooley Law School and then pursued an LLM in Homeland and National Security Law from the same law school, where she was Managing Editor of the WMU Cooley Homeland and National Security Law Review. Attorney Cichon is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. Ms. Cichon, or Suzie Mac as she is affectionately known, is a native of Glasgow, Scotland, who naturalized as a US citizen in 2018, she is a Wife and a Step-mom, and enjoys tutoring kids in civics. In addition to practicing law, she is formerly the lead singer of a band, an avid golfer, and is highly involved in her local community.

Eric Boehmer is an award winning attorney with the experience, confidence and knowledge to deal with the authorities when it comes to defending individuals against criminal charges. As a native of St. Charles County, Eric was born and raised in the Wentzville area. He attended St. Dominic High School in O’Fallon, MO. Eric was recently awarded a National Association of Distinguished Counsel Top 1% Award, a Top 100 Trial Attorney award for his achievements in Trial Law and a Top 10 Client Satisfaction Award for Criminal Law in Missouri. Eric attended college at Furman University in South Carolina where he obtained his bachelor degree in Business Administration. While a player on Furman’s baseball team, he was named to the all-conference tournament team and made the Dean’s list for academic excellence. At Furman, Eric also became a member of the largest international fraternity, Tau Kappa Epsilon. Upon graduation from Furman, Eric returned to the Show-Me State to attend law school at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He received the Cali Excellence for the Future Award before graduating with his Juris-Doctorate. Eric gained experience with internships at two different law firms and worked at the Attorney General’s Office. Upon passing the Missouri Bar Exam, Eric returned to St. Charles County to become an assistant prosecuting attorney. The trial experience and understanding of the court systems he gained during this time were building blocks that helped catapult his highly successful career as a criminal defense trial lawyer. Eric’s passion and expertise is operating in the courtroom and trying cases. He has tried numerous judge and jury trials with an extremely high success rate. He has multiple acquittals in Class A felony jury trials as well as many lower level felony and misdemeanors. Mai Mullen Milton is a native of Pontiac, Michigan but has resided in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas with her family for the last 17 years. She is an alumnus of Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minored in Communications; She was active in various clubs and activities, such as residence council, student government, and collegiate cheer. She holds significant professional experience in the legal field and attended Western Michigan University- Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. While at Thomas M. Cooley she participated in Moot Court and was a member of one of two teams to go undefeated in the oral argument competition. She graduated Law School with her Juris Doctorate with a litigation concentration and went into private practice founding her own firm. Her prior legal experience includes serving as General Counsel & Director of Legal & Grievance for the Dallas Teachers Union, serving as a managing partner, and serving as founding attorney of her own firm.
