Born and raised in Mid-Michigan, Casey attended Michigan State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Advertising. Casey worked for years in advertising, marketing, and business consultation before deciding to attend law school. In 2013, Casey graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (now Western Michigan University Cooley Law School), with a concentration in Intellectual Property. While attending law school, Casey worked on various consumer protection projects with the Attorney General of Michigan, as well as interning for an East Lansing based law firm. In 2014, Casey was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, and is licensed to practice in the state of Michigan, is admitted to practice in the Michigan Federal Court of the Western District, and has been admitted to practice in the Colorado Federal Court, as well as the United States Tax Court. Since becoming licensed, Casey has been working as a solo practitioner in Michigan. Casey has worked in a wide variety of areas including Real Estate, Landlord/Tenant, Copyright, Contracts, Tax Issues, Business Organization, Wills and Trusts, Bar Exam Appeals, Collections, Construction Law, and Compliance. Recently, Casey has received a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Admitted to the practice of Law in the state of Florida and the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida, Trescot Gear is an aggressive litigator as well as an able legal counselor. Adriana Estevez is an immigration attorney dedicated to guiding individuals and families through complex legal processes with skill and care. Adriana earned her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. She completed her undergraduate studies at The George Washington University, earning a B.A. in International Affairs and Philosophy with a minor in Political Science (2009). Her work and professional achievements have been recognized nationally. Nicole Brenecki is a native-born New Yorker who, following an extensive overseas education, returned to practice law in her place of birth. Fluent in English, German, and Polish, Ms. Brenecki’s distinctive global experiences allow her to fully understand and appreciate the unique needs of her clients with the ability to explain the intricacies of New York law in multiple languages. Ms. Brenecki obtained her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2017. At Brooklyn Law, Ms. Brenecki was awarded the prestigious Brooklyn Law Students for the Public Interest Fellowship and in 2018, she co-founded an organization that was instrumental in the repeal of the New York City Cabaret Law by Mayor Bill DeBlasio. Prior to obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Brenecki received a Master’s Degree in Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and a Diploma in American Law at Center for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw in 2013. Nicole has extensive experience working for both Plaintiffs and Defendants and specializes in Personal Injury and Labor Law, as well as Employment and Wage Law, in which she heads the firm’s practice. In only her second year of full-time practice, Nicole was named a “Super Lawyer – Rising Star,” a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state for her excellence as a litigator, in 2021. In 2022, she was honored with the “Super Lawyer – Rising Star” award again, followed by the “Top 10 under 40” Award for New York Personal Injury Attorneys, as well as the Lawyers of Distinction Award. Timothy attended the University of Maine School of Law in Portland, Maine, earning his Juris Doctor in 2015. During law school, he served as a Student Attorney for the Refugee & Human Rights Clinic and expanded his legal experience through roles with the U.S. Embassy in the United Kingdom, the Bureau of Economic & Business Affairs, the Consulate General of Ireland, and the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. His academic foundation began at the University of California – Santa Cruz, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Global Economics. Today, he uses this background to guide clients in matters involving business formation and contract work, bringing both legal insight and practical understanding to owners, entrepreneurs, and executives. Before founding the Cameron Law Center, LLC, Timothy served as in-house counsel for a healthcare management services organization supporting one of the largest privately held chiropractic clinic groups in the country. His work included preparing purchase agreements and related documentation for multimillion-dollar acquisitions, advising C-Suite leaders on organizational growth, and negotiating and drafting vendor agreements, commercial leases, physician contracts, and restrictive covenant documents. This experience shapes his current work with families navigating divorce, parental rights, and adoptions. Timothy is licensed in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is dedicated to serving clients from all backgrounds and remains an active member of the Jewish, Persian, and LGBTQ+ communities in Chicago. David K. McGill was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in Dayton, Ohio. Mr. McGill specializes in Entertainment Law, Business Affairs and Consulting. His global entertainment services include but not limited to record label development, artist development, drafting and negotiation of entertainment contracts, digital and mobile music content, copyright, and trademark. Mr. McGill has been active in the entertainment industry since 1996. Mr. McGill also focuses on foreclosure defense law and labor and employment law, stemming from race discrimination, race harassment, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. Mr. McGill is a graduate of University of Miami Law School. During his law school years, Mr. McGill was a recipient of the Dean's Scholarship, served as VP of International Moot Court and was a member of the Entertainment Sports Law Society, and Black Law Student Association. Mr. McGill received his undergraduate degree from Thomas More College (B.A. Management Info Systems, Cum Laude) and his M.B.A. from Xavier University (Business Entrepreneurship) David McGill's professional affiliations include the Entertainment and Sports Law section of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., and the Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. Bar Association. Mr. McGill is also active in the community and volunteers as a mentor and legal consultant to inner city youth.

In his sole practice, Mark gained extensive experience in representing the injured victim due to others' neglect. Mark, also, handled numerous criminal defense cases including the successful trial defense of an individual accused of murder. Additionally, Mark handled contested and complex domestic/divorce cases. All in all, Mark has developed a great skill in the presentation of his cases at trial. The History of Mark Casto Personal Injury Law Firm In January 2006, Mark was a founding partner of The Law Firm of Bennett and Casto. Mark’s practice focus on injured persons expanded to include personal injury, workers compensation, Nursing Home Neglect and Abuse, medical malpractice and employment discrimination claims. Ten years later, in April 2016, Mark founded Mark Casto Personal Injury Law Firm on the premise of providing superior service to his clients. Believing that it is hypocritical to sue medical doctors when also asking these doctors to care for his personal injury and worker’s compensation clients, Mark will not file a claim against a doctor for medical malpractice, but rather the hospital or other negligent parties. Successful Appellate Practice Mark also has handled numerous cases on appeal. He has argued in person before the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals. He has never lost an appeal in which he was allowed to argue in person before the Appellate Judges.
