Born in Puerto Rico and half Cuban, Miguel is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish. Miguel left Puerto Rico when he was fifteen years old to study at Monteverde High School near Orlando, Florida. He then attended Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana, graduating in May of 1994 with a Bachelor in Business Administration and a concentration in Management and Marketing. He went on to pursue a law degree at Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in Common Law with Civil Certificate in May of 1997. In 1998, Miguel received his license from the Louisiana Supreme Court and began his practice as an associate at the Law Office of Neville G. Orrett, where he had previously worked as a paralegal. He was quickly promoted to named partner. He continued his practice at the Law Office of Orrett & Elias for two years. In the year 2000, Miguel opened his own practice- Miguel A. Elias, APLC. Since then, his office has served clients of all nationalities and throughout the State of Louisiana. His practice continues to be at the forefront of professional and excellent legal representation. Miguel resides in Kenner with his lovely wife and four beautiful daughters.

Andrew has been with McMullin Injury Law since 2013. He became a partner at the firm in 2018. Andrew has successfully handled hundreds of personal injury cases and obtained millions of dollars for his clients. He has a breadth of experience in every aspect of personal injury law from simple insurance claims to complex jury trials. Andrew is extremely passionate about being able to truly help people who need it the most by making insurance companies do what's right. Andrew graduated from The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. A.S.U. is the 5th ranked law school in the western United States. While in law school, Andrew was a Dean’s Recruitment Award recipient, a Charles E. Jones Scholar recipient, and he earned the Pedrick Scholar Award for excellence in academic achievement. He also won the “CALI Excellence for the Future Award” for achieving the highest grade in a practical application clinic entitled, “The Litigation Experience.” This was the crowning achievement of Andrew’s legal education as litigation and courtroom techniques had been his focus throughout his law school experience. Andrew also served as the judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Bruce R. Cohen of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Prior to moving to Arizona for law school, Andrew graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communication from Dixie State University. He worked full-time jobs while earning both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate degree. Andrew Spainhower is a licensed attorney in both Arizona and Utah. He is affiliated with the Utah State Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association Litigation Division, and The Central Utah Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Utah State Courts, all Arizona state Courts, and the Federal District Courts for the District of Utah.
