Cary Powell Moseley graduated with a degree in English and Mathematics from the University of Virginia in 1988. While at UVA, Mr. Moseley was an Echols Scholar and Washington Scholar. Mr. Moseley received his law degree from the Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1991. Mr. Moseley was a member of the National Moot Court Team at W&L, and was a Quarterfinalist at Oral Argument and Best Brief Runner-up in the Davis Moot Court Competition. From 1991-1992, he was Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Norman K. Moon, then a judge on the Virginia Court of Appeals, now a Federal United States District Court judge. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Moseley was a litigation associate at James, McElroy & Diehl, P.A. in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. Moseley then became an associate and then a partner in the law firm of Davidson, Sakolosky & Moseley, P.C., from 1995 until 2005, having made partner in the firm in 1997. Mr. Moseley was counsel for the plaintiff in the landmark lemon law case, Subaru of America, Inc. v. Debora Peters, 256 Va. 43 (1998), the first lemon law case decided by the Virginia Supreme Court. Mr. Moseley has been recognized as an expert in consumer law and consumer rights litigation and has testified as an expert witness in the Virginia Circuit Courts on various consumer issues as well as attorney fee issues. Mr. Moseley’s testimony has led a number of judges to award the plaintiff 100% of his or her litigation expenses. Mr. Moseley has obtained numerous six-figure settlements and jury verdicts against car dealers and insurance companies in Virginia and North Carolina, and Mr. Moseley was counsel for the plaintiff in a number of cases where the jury or judge found the car dealer or mobile home dealer committed actual fraud. Mr. Moseley is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, and state and federal courts. Mr. Moseley is a member of the Virginia and North Carolina bars. An active member of the community, Mr. Moseley was voted Big Brother of the Year in Central Virginia in 1997, by Big Brothers/ Big Sisters of Central Virginia. He has served as a volunteer with Meals on Wheels, Special Olympics, Daily Bread (kitchen cleanup help and cook), and the Boonsboro Volunteer Fire & Rescue Squad. In 2006, Mr. Moseley became certified to drive ambulances and fire trucks of all shapes and sizes. Mr. Moseley has given generously of his time and money to numerous churches and charitable organizations, including the Robert Frascino AIDS Foundation, The Miller Home for Girls, United Way, Salvation Army and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and their fundraisers. Mr. Moseley is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Lynchburg, and in his youth, he was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Danville, Virginia. On June 25, 2013, the Lynchburg City Council appointed Mr. Moseley to serve a 3-year term on the City Appeals Board.

Alexandria Jaquay, CFLS – Certified Family Law Specialist Alexandria Jaquay is a Certified Family Law Specialist with the Cullen Family Law Group in Riverside, California. Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, John has found a home for himself in Ventura County since moving to the area for his undergraduate studies . As a student of political science and history, John seemed destined to a career in law. He worked in the service industry throughout his studies in law school and attended classes on the week nights. As a licensed attorney, John enjoys working with clients in achieving their objectives. His overall objective is solving legal issues, however, his professional goal is to cater to the needs of his individual clients. John offers both a professional and personal touch to help guide clients through tough decisions and trying times.

Attorney Michelle Reyes, Esq. earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. She is licensed in the State of Florida, the Federal Middle District of Florida, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the Federal District of Puerto Rico. She is also an approved FINRA arbitrator. She has more than 15 years of experience in legal areas including immigration, criminal defense, family law, contracts, policy, compliance and regulations. She currently mainly practices immigration law in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Being a licensed attorney is Atty. Reyes' second career. Before law school, she worked as a Vice President in a Fortune 500 company within the financial sector in its global vendor compliance department where she was responsible for contract review and management, regulatory compliance policies, and vendor management for 7 years before she decided to attend law school. While in law school, she was the Editor-in-Chief of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel (ACTEC) Law Journal, the President of the International Law Society, and the Secretary of the Latin American Law Student Association (LALSA). She was sponsored by the International Academy of Family Lawyers where she spent significant time in the United Kingdom (London and Leeds) and was mentored by high profile international family lawyers. She also worked in immigration law firms, participated in the criminal defense and immigration law clinics, and clerked for a local judge in Huntington, NY. She was also a merit scholar recipient, a Puerto Rico Bar Association scholarship recipient and a Kadane Fellow. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Certificate in International Studies, and Certificate in Cuban Studies from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL as a Bright Futures Scholar and Verizon Scholar. While in university, she studied abroad in Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. During her free time, she is involved in local non-profits, including her own, 100xPR or providing services to pro bono immigration organizations. She is a mother to two boys, two rescue dogs (a white German Shepherd and a Chihuahua Dachshund), is a proud wife, is an avid reader and enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle.
