Attorney Ian E. Osking is 5th generation Floridian and a lifelong Treasure Coast resident. He graduated from Fort Pierce Westwood High School and obtained his undergraduate and master's degree from Jacksonville University (in 2010 and 2011, respectively), where he was 4 year starter on the JU Football Team. Ian received his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. During law school, Ian was enrolled a dual degree program and graduated with a certificate in business law. Since graduating law school, Ian has returned to the Treasure Coast to represent and serve the members of his community. Ian's practice is a broad general practice and he primarily works in areas of real property, title insurance, transactions, business law, civil litigation, probate litigation, and trust litigation, but he does handle several other areas when his clients need his assistance. Through his hard work, Ian strives to develop life-long client relationships. Ian and his family (he and his wife welcome their first child, Finn, in November of 2019, and their second child, Reaney, in January of 2022) currently live here in the Treasure Coast. When he is not representing his clients, Ian enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting, golfing, and traveling with his family. In January of 2019, he was invited to return to his high school alma mater to speak at the 2019 Senior Class Pinning Ceremony. There Ian spoke about the opportunities that the graduating class had before them and he encouraged them to go forward and take advantage of those opportunities to be successful in life. Also, Ian has served on the board of directors for a local non-profit organization and he enjoys attending and supporting other non-profit events. Currently, Ian serves as the President of the St. Lucie Bar Association (previously served as the President-Elect and Treasurer). Ian has been appointed by the President-elect of the Florida Bar to serve on the Membership Benefits Committee of the Florida Bar. In 2020, Ian was first reviewed by his fellow attorneys and peers and has been rated as an AV Preeminent attorney by Martindale-Hubble and has maintained that high rating. In 2021, he was selected to the Rising Stars list rated by Super Lawyers and was selected by a vote of his peers to be included in the Palm Beach Media Group’s Stuart Magazine 2021 list of Top Lawyers. Michael R. Cramer’s practice includes extensive experience in business law, civil and commercial litigation, employment law, corporate law, construction law, real estate, civil defense and estate planning. Attorney Cramer has more than 20 years of practice, Michael developed a statewide practice focused on litigation. His cases range from breach of contract to construction delay claims against the State of Texas. He also works with Family Law and Divorce cases. Paul Stracci is a uniquely experienced criminal trial attorney who has had remarkable success in the courtroom. He successfully defended his first murder case 10 months out of law school, with the jury returning a not guilty verdict on all counts. Paul is a straight shooter and clients may rely upon his honesty, integrity, and willingness to tell the facts as they are. Paul maintains a strong rapport with his clients as well as with other legal professionals in the area. He is a relationship builder, who has built strong relationships with local officials, lawyers, and government agencies, all of which provide him with keen insight into and knowledge of the criminal justice system. Kevin M. Cecil is a lifelong Sacramento resident with a lifelong commitment to serving the community. Mr. Cecil graduated from California State University, Chico, and received his law degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. With experience in a variety of legal areas and settings, including criminal defense, personal injury, family law, and civil litigation, Mr. Cecil chose to concentrate on family law. He has assisted clients in many areas of family law, including guardianships, dependency actions and domestic violence restraining orders.

Mr. Hwang is a shareholder and president of the firm. He concentrates in commercial and international transactions, commercial litigation, real estate, commercial real estate, business law, banking law, corporate law, bankruptcy, corporate finance, trusts and estates and asset protection. He serves as corporate general counsel to numerous small and medium size corporations in United States and Korea. He is an experienced general counsel to corporations with global subsidiaries, network and transactions. Mr. Hwang brings a unique blend of experience, insight and creativity to his clients. He has had a wealth of experience as a lawyer, leader, entrepreneur, mentor, coach, consultant and advisor to business owners and corporate executives. He has served and continues to serve in various leadership roles as an executive, board member and chairman for a local, national, international marketplace ministries, whose primarily focus is business executives and professionals. He is also an ordained pastor and serves as senior pastor of a local congregation. He is a frequent lecturer on the topics such as leadership, team building, mentoring, evangelism, discipleship, margin and others. Mr. Hwang truly understands the entrepreneurial spirit and passion of his clients who are owners of businesses and executive of corporations. He has accumulated a great deal of knowledge of the practical and in-depth issues of such clients and brings practical and creative solutions they need everyday. At the Kiske Law Office, LLC, I am responsible for child custody cases, child abuse cases, divorces, paternities, guardianships, and traffic matters, and simple estate planning. I developed the Mobile Lawyer Services to more effectively meet the needs of our aging and disabled clients. I truly enjoy helping clients resolve their parenting and other legal issues. After working at a large specialty plaintiff personal injury law firm, he decided he could properly serve the needs of his clients if he started his own law firm. Attorney Smith is the founder of the Mass Injury Group. His firm represents hundreds of clients across the state of Massachusetts. Keith graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 1989 with a B.A. in Political Science. Keith obtained his J.D. from American University, The Washington College of Law in 1992. Keith was admitted to practice in the State of Maryland in 1992 and the District of Columbia in 1993. In addition to being admitted to practice before the local courts in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, Keith is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Circuit Court for the Fourth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and the United States Circuit Court for the District of Columbia.

Attorney Christopher Bokas handles all felonies and misdemeanors, including white collar crimes, juvenile crimes, drug offenses, parol and probation violations, drunk driving, and traffic violations. Mr. Bokas has ample experience trying jury and bench trials, and handles his cases with great care and professionalism. Lance’s practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, arbitration, and complex litigation, with a special emphasis on crypto assets, securities fraud, antitrust, and commercial contracts. As a former assistant federal public defender in Puerto Rico and along the U.S.-Mexico border, Lance managed over 100 felony cases at a time, in addition to working on several appeals. This built on his federal district court clerkship with the Honorable Judge Andrew Carter, Jr. in the Southern District of New York. Before joining Dynamis, Lance ran large-scale complex, global litigation, arbitration and investigations at two prominent law firms in New York. He has significant expertise representing multinational corporations across banking, healthcare and telecommunications industries in internal and regulatory investigations involving the FCPA and other anti-corruption laws, sanctions, and racketeering and misrepresentation claims. He has an extensive background working with national regulatory bodies such as the DOJ, SEC, OFAC, and CFTC, as well local and state authorities, and even worked in-house at the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (Mexican Stock Exchange). In New York, for example, Lance oversaw cases involving well-known securities fraud claims valued at $203 million for Morgan Stanley, as well as a related DOJ investigation that resulted in a $2.6 billion settlement. Lance is completing both the MBA and Graduate Diploma in Compliance programs at the Pontifical Catholic University in Santiago, Chile and brings a critical global business lens and client-side perspective to every matter he handles. He regularly advises multinational companies and startups in Latin America on a range of legal and strategy topics related to compliance, risk mitigation and data privacy. He is a fluent Spanish speaker with a working proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese and has a deep understanding of Latin America legal practice and cross-border work, due to his professional experience in Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Puerto Rico and working with clients in the UK, China and India.
