Holly Fic was born and raised in New Jersey and came out west to attend UNLV just in time to celebrate the Rebels basketball national championship win in 1990. She loved UNLV and Las Vegas and was happy to be able to stay and attend the Charter Class at the UNLV Boyd School of Law where she graduated in the top third of her class. During her last year in law school, Holly was admitted as a student attorney to assist with and appear in Family Court for Children’s Attorney Project Cases for which she developed a love for assisting families in family law matters. Holly participated in the Child Welfare Clinic as a student, has presented to the Family Court Community Legal Education classes, represented children in the Children’s Attorney Project Cases and has participated in the Clark County Family Court “Ask-A-Lawyer” program. Over the years, Holly has taken many Family Law pro bono cases, most especially with respect to guardianship and family law cases. Holly works in conjunction with Legal Aid to represent many Protected Persons to have a voice in their guardianship proceedings and has helped many guardians along the way. Further, Holly has served as a Pro Tem Hearing Master, for minor guardianships and mental court, as well as for Family Court Discovery and Domestic Violence. Holly obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1997, her Juris Doctor from UNLV School of Law in 2001, and she has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 2001 and licensed to practice law in Nevada and the U.S. District Court of Nevada. She has been a member of the Family Law Section from 2008; member of the Clark County Bar Association from 2002; Member of the Associated General Contractors from 2003-2004; Member of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce from 2003-2004; member of the American Bar Association from 2002-2004; and member of the Young Lawyer’s Section in 2001. With over 20 years as a practicing litigator, Holly is a committed and caring attorney and has just joined the McFarling Law Group where she will continue to grow and assist others in need. During her spare time, Holly, who is an animal lover and has many animals of her own, advocates for and volunteers at the Henderson Animal Shelter where adoption is the best option!

Joe is a trial lawyer. He brings his litigation skills to a variety of matters, including the representation of people injured in automobile and motorcycle accidents as well as other types of injury cases. Joe has also spent a great deal of his practice assisting people in divorce, custody and other areas of family law. For over 7 years, Joe served on the Shawnee County guardian ad litem panel, handling Child In Need of Care and juvenile offender cases. He often represents grandparents, foster parents and others who are concerned with the safety and welfare of abused or neglected kids. Joe served several terms as chair of the family law section of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association now the Kansas Association for Justice, and organized their family law continuing education programs, in addition to teaching legal continuing education for other organizations. Joe handles major felony cases, including numerous homicides, drug cases, and sex offenses, as well as DUI, property and traffic crimes. Joe has taught continuing legal education on the topic of criminal voir dire (jury selection) for both the Kansas Association for Justice and the Kansas Bar Association. Joe also handles guardianship and conservatorship cases, and represents clients in administrative hearings with DCF and other state agencies.

Mary Ann E. Rousseau is a practicing lawyer in the state of Massachusetts. She has significant experience in the area of employment discrimination before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, EEOC, Superior and Federal Courts. While primarily a plaintiff's lawyer fighting for the rights of employees for the past 30 years, her prior experience in a Boston law firm representing employers gives her the edge to know what the employers will be arguing in all kinds of discrimination cases based on sex, age, disability, race, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, sexual harassment. Kenneth Psota graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA, and is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Political Science from William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Psota worked as a congressional intern and was a newspaper reporter for several papers in Bergen County, NJ. While at Widener, Kenneth Psota served as a Senior Staff member of the Widener Law Review and was published on several occasions. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Psota has worked for litigation firms in Bergen County and Cape May County.

Ian, a family lawyer in Jacksonville Fl, was born in Annapolis, Maryland and has called Jacksonville home for most of his life. A 2001 graduate of Florida State University, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi and Phi Alpha Delta fraternities. Ian earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2005, where he was a Certified Legal Intern for the Department of Children and Families, Child Welfare Legal Services.
