Larry Whitham is a partner in the law firm of Whitham & Zubek, which was established in 2002. Larry has practiced law in Indianapolis for more than 40 years. Although Larry began his career working as a staff attorney in Indianapolis City government, he has spent most of his years in private practice. From 1975 until 1999 Larry was a reservist, serving as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the Unites States Air Force. Larry practices in several areas of civil law, including family law, auto accident litigation and other cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. Annemette enjoys criminal defense work, family law and personal injury work. She regularly appears in all Connecticut courts defending those charged with committing a criminal offense, handling contested family cases, and handling personal injury trials. Annemette excels at cross examination of witnesses, jury selection and personal injury litigation. She has represented children and parents in the juvenile and criminal courts, special education proceedings, before the Department of Children and Families and regularly appears in all Connecticut courts. She excels at highly contested cases, and contentious matters, and is admitted to practice in all Connecticut state courts and was admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut in 2002. Annemette graduated from Quinnipiac School of Law where she was an active participant in the volunteer tax assistance program. Prior to joining Hepworth & Murray in 2016, Tyler worked in the Office of General Counsel – International for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he worked on a variety of legal matters ranging from income tax issues, immigration, real estate transactions, and employment matters. Although he enjoyed the comforts of corporate life, Tyler’s real passion is advocacy, whether in the courtroom or the across the negotiation table. Tyler earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he received high marks in trial advocacy and was known around school for being a bit of trial junky. While in law school he worked in the public defender’s office as a court-certified law student where he represented three criminal defendants in jury trials before he even graduated. Also during law school, he received expert training in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the nationally ranked Oregon ADR Center. Born and raised in Davis County, Tyler takes advantage of all that Utah has to offer from the great culture and entertainment found in our cities to the amazing outdoor recreation that is only an hour or so away. In his free time, Tyler enjoys being active in his community and spending time with family.

Stephen McGuire is a 2012 graduate of Ave Maria School of Law. Prior to law school, he graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University in 2005, with a degree in political science, and earned an MBA with high honors from Duquesne University in 2007. He is also a ten-year veteran of the United States Army. Stephen's practice is primarily focused on business and real estate law, appellate practice, and general civil litigation. He provides escrow and closing services for a high percentage of the brokered business transactions in Lee County, Florida, and serves as registered agent for hundreds of Florida corporations and limited liability companies. Additionally, he provides general counsel services to numerous local businesses and franchises. Attorney McGuire is admitted to practice in Florida, West Virginia, the Middle District of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

E. Edd Pritchett, Jr. has been an attorney since 1995.  His areas of concentration include Litigation, Insurance Law, and Personal Injury.  He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and the U.S. District Court, Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma.   Mr. Pritchett belonged to the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Inn of Court from 1996-1998. He is a current member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyer's Division,  He has also been Chairman of the New Member Orientation Committee of the Young Lawyer's Division of the Oklahoma Bar Association.     Mr. Pritchett distinguished himself in law school at the University of Oklahoma as a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Order of the Coif.  He was also highlighted in Who's Who: American Law Students, Edition 15.  In 2008, Mr. Pritchett was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine.  This honor was reserved for only the top 2.5% of all lawyers under the age of 40. Mr. Pritchett also has a Bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University.
