While in law school, Kurt served as an editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review, President of Phi Delta Phi, and President of the Trial Advocacy Team. Kurt also had the opportunity to compete in several Moot Court and Trial Advocacy competitions across the country. He then worked for two of Utah’s largest personal injury law firms, Robert J. DeBry and Associates and Craig Swapp and Associates, where he litigated and worked with personal injury clients for years.
