Ralph Goldberg has practiced law since 1975. He is a member of all courts in Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court of The United States. He has specialized in constitutional litigation, police misconduct, consumer law, and bankruptcy, and is recognized for his expertise and tireless advocacy of his clients.

Justin represents clients nationwide in both federal and state courts. He has been named a “Georgia Super Lawyer” by Atlanta Magazine and a “Legal Elite” by Georgia Trend Magazine. The major focus of Justin’s practice is complex civil litigation, particularly business litigation, class actions, labor and employment disputes, and catastrophic and significant injury cases. He has served as lead counsel in a wide range of litigation subject areas, including RICO, products liability, shareholder derivative actions, business valuation cases, trade secrets, breach of trust or fiduciary duty matters, lost profits, consumer fraud, business torts, constitutional, civil rights, and computer fraud cases. Justin is a member of the Firm’s Cannabis Industry Group. In this role, Justin advises individuals, farmers, and businesses in a wide variety of issues, including licensure and compliance.

My practice is centered in the areas of family law that includes appeallant cases. We also handle general civil litigation cases, including difficult cases like whistleblower employment cases. The central theme of my practice is helping individuals and business through life changing events. Prior to attending law school, I worked as a paralegal for twelve years with heavy client contact and extensive experience in civil litigation. My practice couples my education and experience with technological advances to deliver quality legal services to my clients. We are a smaller firm so we are able to keep client costs down.
