Testimonials

While renting from a Property Management firm, my family was harassed by this firm. We endured over $10K of unnecessary expenses. After complete frustration we reached out to Consumer Litigation. Consumer Litigation staff was professional and courtesy. They listen and reviewed our situation. Consumer Litigation was able to immediately stop the harassment from the property management company. They were also successful in recovering our deposit. Consumer Litigation was very prompt in responding to telephone calls and email correspondence. They continuously reached out to us, checking on our family. This bring comfort and a peace of mind during a situation like this. I highly recommend Consumer Litigation to help your family as they did with mine during your time of need.

The customer service was uniquely excellent with Lina Nahhas going far beyond the call of duty to understand my concerns. The free 30 minute review with attorney Jeffry Ogorek was complete and comprehensive. And the flat rate price for further legal work was FANTASTIC, enabling me to make smart decisions in dealing with a most difficult and complex real estate investment wherein a buyer of the property from us had fraudulently conducted an unlawful sale of the property to unwitting people who paid him $15K and occupied the premises without our knowledge for 4 years by making payments to us out of money he was further collecting from the occupants. Meanwhile, the occupants were keeping the property in good repair and had to be fairly dealt with. Unfortunately, they were not willing to bargain fairly which required their being faced with eviction, thereby enabling further negotiations within a time frame reasonable to all.
