About Shea
Shea Billadeau is an associate attorney in the personal injury practice at Clear Counsel Law Group. Shea attended Brigham Young University-Idaho and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science in 2014. He then attended Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2017. During law school, Shea was a member of the traveling Moot Court Team for two years where he prepared appellate briefs and performed oral arguments. During his final year in law school, Shea clerked for the Provo Public Defender's office where he defended clients for alleged criminal offenses. He took the Nevada Bar and was admitted to practice law in October 2017.
In his first two and a half years practicing law, Shea worked at one of Nevada's oldest insurance defense firms. During his time as an insurance defense attorney, Shea evaluated personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls. He learned how insurance companies evaluated cases, assessed liability, and negotiated claims. Shea's time as a defense attorney provided him with a thorough perspective on handling personal injury cases which has helped him maximize recovery for his personal injury clients.
When Shea is not helping his clients, he enjoys playing racquetball, basketball, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and four children.
