Prior to joining Scrofano Law PC, Ms. Gnocchi was a solo practitioner who specialized in criminal and DUI defense for 14 years. Prior to that Mr. Gnocchi worked at a law firm in Maryland and began his career as an Assistant States Attorney in Baltimore City. During his time as a solo practitioner, he represented thousands of individuals charged with crimes in Maryland and the District of Columbia in a variety of offenses ranging from traffic offenses to serious violent felonies. In 2023, he joined Scrofano Law PC as a Trial Attorney and started the firm’s Maryland Practice. He is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland. He is an active member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National College for DUI Defense as well as the DUI Defense Lawyer’s Association. Mr. Gnocchi is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in both English and Spanish and has over 20 years experience in criminal law.

Mallon Snyder has dedicated over 40 years to assisting clients and their families as an attorney. Lonnie Greenblatt has represented thousands of clients for over 38 years in personal injury cases due to the negligence of others. Based on his experience, he formed the partnership with Elnur Veliev to create Greenblatt & Veliev, LLC, in order to expand his help and service to more people in the Metro area. His own work has been recognized in the Super Lawyers list for Maryland for three years in a row from 2020 – 2022 as one of no more than the top 5% of all attorneys in Maryland over 70 practice areas. He was chosen for the area of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, which continues to confirm his pursuit and passion for his personal injury clients. Lonnie is a member of the Maryland, Pennsylvania and District of Columbia bars. Presently, he serves as an adjunct associate professor at the University of Maryland, University College, where he has taught for approximately 25 years. He has also taught at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1979 and graduated from the Delaware Law School in 1982. In 1988, Lonnie received a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the George Washington University Law School.

Mr. Lipshutz is responsible for managing the firm’s personal injury and catastrophic injury practice. He has been enormously successful in representing victims of car accidents, truck accidents, nursing home abuse and defective products, having recovered millions of dollars in jury verdicts and settlements for the firm’s clients. He also handles a select number of business litigation and employment matters. Keith graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 1989 with a B.A. in Political Science. Keith obtained his J.D. from American University, The Washington College of Law in 1992. Keith was admitted to practice in the State of Maryland in 1992 and the District of Columbia in 1993. In addition to being admitted to practice before the local courts in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, Keith is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Circuit Court for the Fourth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and the United States Circuit Court for the District of Columbia.
