Chris Edwards is the managing attorney for the Upstate of South Carolina office of Moss & Associates Attorneys, PA. Chris served in the military before attending the University of South Carolina where he obtained his A.S. and B.A. degrees. After his undergraduate studies, Chris worked in public safety in Charleston, SC before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. His first job as an attorney was for Moore, Taylor & Thomas in West Columbia, SC where he practiced criminal, civil, and family law. Now, Chris' practice involves filing Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 Bankruptcies for individuals and businesses. His focus is on getting people the fresh start they need, saving people's homes from foreclosure, and assisting with tax debts. His office is located near downtown Greenville, SC on Laurens Road near I-385.

A native of Columbia, Charnell has spent his life around the Pontiac area of South Carolina. He earned both his Bachelor’s degree and his Juris Doctor law degree from the University of South Carolina. For over 30 years, Charnell has been representing personal injury victims in Columbia and surrounding communities. Charnell is admitted to practice in all South Carolina state courts as well as the United States District Court for South Carolina and the United States Supreme Court. His personal injury practice includes representation of others in car and truck accidents, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, train accidents, and more. Born in Columbia in 1955, Charnell is the son of Octavia Jacobs Peake and the late Collie Peake, Jr. He has been married to Cindy Davis Peake since 1979, and they have two children, Josh and Amanda. Josh Peake is married to Jennifer Bessinger Peake, and they have two children, Cameran Nicole and Caley Anne. Amanda Peake Glover is married to Benji Walker Glover, and they have three children, Hope Micah, Reagan Faith, and Caroline Brooke. Charnell attended Richland School District 2 schools, as did his wife and children, all of whom are graduates of Spring Valley High School. Charnell and Cindy continue to be active in the community while also staying involved in various mission projects with local to global outreach. He enjoys playing golf in his spare time and is an avid Gamecock football fan.

Robert H. Cooper, Esquire, is the owner of The Cooper Law Firm and has practiced bankruptcy law almost exclusively since 1990. Mr. Cooper practices in all areas of bankruptcy law, with a focus on consumer and business cases. "Bob" Cooper, as he is known by all, received his law degree (Juris Doctorate) from The University of South Carolina. He has been a member of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association since its inception in 1990. He has served on its Board of Directors since 1999. Additionally, he is a past member of The South Carolina Bankruptcy Court Local Rules Committee, and has served as its chairman, as well. He has been appointed by the court to serve on committees that have shaped bankruptcy policies within the state of South Carolina and has served as Vice Chairman and co-chairman of the Annual Seminar Planning Committee of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association. Mr. Cooper has represented thousands of bankruptcy clients and is well known throughout the state of South Carolina as a competent and experienced attorney in both consumer and business bankruptcy cases. He has litigated difficult issues, some of which had never before been litigated on behalf of debtors in this state and has set new law regarding certain of these legal issues. Mr. Cooper has been invited on numerous occasions to speak on the subject of bankruptcy law and frequently does so at Bankruptcy Seminars.

Patrick was born and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and is a partner at the law firm of Anderson & Moore. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina. Following college, Patrick worked in the real estate, advertising, and marketing fields before starting law school at the Charleston School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. After sitting for the bar exam he moved back home to Spartanburg to begin a Judicial Clerkship with Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge J. Mark Hayes. Upon completing his Judicial Clerkship for Judge Hayes, Patrick began work as an Assistant Solicitor for former Seventh Circuit Solicitor Trey Gowdy. Patrick’s initial case load focused on General Crimes, with cases ranging broadly from forgery and property crimes to Assault and Battery with Intent to Kill. Following the General Crimes case load, Patrick became the DUI prosecutor for the Seventh Judicial Circuit, which includes Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties. He was the DUI prosecutor for 3 years, and was responsible for both Magistrate level and Circuit Court level DUI charges. His case load ranged from DUI and Felony DUI to Failure to Stop for Blue Light and Habitual Traffic Offender. Patrick left the Solicitors Office in 2011 to go into private practice. He devotes the majority of his practice to defending clients charged with DUI, Felony DUI, Drug charges, and all criminal offenses, as well as representing clients on divorce and custody matters. Patrick’s lifetime ties to Spartanburg have given him extensive knowledge of the community and its people, and that lends itself well to representing his clients’ interests successfully. Patrick knows the area because he has lived there all his life. Patrick prides himself on being available whenever his clients need him. Josh Cantwell's practice involves several areas of civil litigation including handling personal injury claims, construction litigation, community association law, insurance bad faith litigation, product liability, commercial disputes, environmental litigation, and maritime cases. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Josh was selected as a member of the S.C. Bar’s Leadership Academy Class of 2011. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David C. Norton, U.S. District Judge for the District of South Carolina. In 2018, he was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

David Conway was born in Charleston, South Carolina and raised on Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina, attending Porter-Gaud School and Bishop England High School. David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, where he received Dean’s Honors. While at Case Western, David was a leader in the school’s renowned Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic, providing aid to indigent clients. While acting in that capacity, David successfully arbitrated his client’s predatory lending claim. Prior to founding Miller|Conway, David worked as an attorney for a Chicago, Illinois-based boutique trial law firm, which was retained by some of the largest law firms in the world to litigate multi-million dollar disputes between Fortune 500 companies. He also worked as a consultant on numerous highly litigious, high-value cases. David also worked with Corporate Counsel for the Law Department of the City of Chicago where he defended the City of Chicago against Section 1983 claims. David gained invaluable trial experience assisting a team of attorneys in a highly-publicized matter involving an Illinois State Senator. David’s team achieved a winning verdict. David’s experience ranges from personal injury, contract disputes, and securities/antitrust actions to various intellectual property matters and estate planning. Additionally, Goose Creek personal injury attorney David P.
