Nicholas Clekis focuses his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Workmens’ Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Litigation, Criminal Defense and Family Law. Founding partner, Nicholas J. Clekis received his B.S. from the College of Charleston in 1982 and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1985. After working with such firms as Morris, Duffy & Boone (formerly known as Hollings, Hawkins &Morris and now known as the McNair Law Firm, PA) and Grimball & Cabaniss, LLC, Mr. Clekis decided to set out on his own, concentrating on personal injury, criminal, and family law.

Blake Smith has been representing plaintiffs in medical negligence and other personal injury cases for over 15 years. He is the managing partner of Parham Smith and Archenhold, LLC, formerly Parham and Smith, which is based in Greenville, South Carolina but handles cases all over the state of South Carolina. Blake’s firm has been listed in Martindale Hubbell’s Bar Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers and Blake has been AV rated, the highest rating possible, given by his peers and in both legal ability and ethics. He has been named to South Carolina’s Super Lawyers, an award bestowed upon 2% of lawyers in the State, based upon their performance in the practice of law. While maintaining a busy and continually growing practice, Blake also serves upon the Advisory Board for the Paralegal Program at Greenville Technical College. He recently completed his 10th year as an adjunct pro bono professor at Clemson University where he teaches Sports Law.

Arthur K. Aiken has been practicing law in South Carolina for 36 years. During that time, Mr. Aiken has tried over 100 cases. These cases have included million dollar personal injury cases and criminal cases in both state and federal courts. In addition to cases at the trial level, Mr. Aiken also handles appeals. In his appellate practice, Mr. Aiken has appeared before the South Carolina Supreme Court, the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
