Tracy McNeill Pullan graduated from the University of Texas, Austin in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Following her experiences working and traveling abroad, she made a life-changing decision to continue her family's long-standing tradition of becoming a lawyer. Tracy attended the University of Houston Law Center, where she felt a strong calling to public service, much like her great grandfather Frank B. Potter, who served as the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas. Tracy joined the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office as an Assistant District Attorney (ADA). During her time as an ADA, Tracy gained valuable insights into the inner workings of the Montgomery County criminal justice system, serving in various divisions such as Justice of the Peace, Misdemeanor, and Felony. She eventually became the Chief of the Misdemeanor Division, where she managed and trained prosecutors in their respective courts, with a specific focus on Driving While Intoxicated cases. Tracy also worked closely with law enforcement, providing training in the field. As a Prosecutor, Tracy handled more than 50 trials, ranging from Capital Murder to Class C Misdemeanors. In addition, she reviewed and investigated numerous cases on behalf of the State of Texas. After six years of dedicated service, Tracy left the office with the title of Division Chief. Today, Tracy is a founding partner of Pullan & Young, P.L.L.C., where she defends clients facing a wide range of criminal offenses, including DWIs and Aggravated Assaults. She is committed to protecting falsely accused individuals from being wrongly registered as sex offenders, and she tirelessly fights to ensure that young clients are not burdened with a permanent criminal record. Regardless of the type of case, Tracy vigorously defends her clients, drawing on her training and experience as a Prosecutor and leveraging her strong relationships with Judges and Prosecutors. After four impactful years as a prosecutor in CPS cases, Byron transitioned into private practice, where he has skillfully navigated complex divorces, custody disputes, enforcement actions, CPS cases, and criminal defense matters. Micheal Busby is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Association of Debtor’s Attorneys and is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Southern District of Texas. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served as a Field Artillery Cannoner from 1989 to 1993. Mike also served in the National Guard from 1993 to 1997 in the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma and North Carolina. Mr. Busby received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 2002. Mr. Busby is a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Law fraternity and authored an international law legal article in a law journal published by South Texas College of Law. Mr. Busby has been faithfully married for 20 years and is the proud father of two daughters, Viktoria and Hannah Busby and father of Willam Maximus “Billy Max” Busby.
