Attorney Mark Roman is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer practicing across the State of Florida. He founded Roman Austin Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers in 1996 out of a passion to help accident victims rebuild their lives. He is a Tampa Bay native, and is passionate about representing the injured in his hometown. He received his undergraduate education from University of Florida College of Journalism in 1981, and after working as a writer for a season, he decided to return to school to pursue his Juris Doctor, which he obtained from Florida State University College of Law in 1986. Mark has an incredible work ethic. He was born to immigrant parents and worked many blue-collar jobs to pay his way through school. While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor. Mr. Marks practiced law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Marks began his legal career in Washington, DC and McLean, Virginia with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups. In the meantime, Todd remained active in local and national political campaigns. Todd eventually worked for law firms Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups where he developed a general practice which included estate planning and other business law matters. His experience includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning, employment law, and family law.
