Our goal is to provide our clients with the best and most cost efficient legal services possible. Importantly, we want our clients to know that we offer a variety of fee structures to fit each individual situation. In some cases (for example, personal injury and some employment cases), we often provide our services on a contingent fee basis. That means that we do not charge for our time unless there is a recovery of money on the client’s behalf. Then, we are paid a percentage (usually one-third) of that recovery. In other situations, we simply charge an hourly rate for our time, and some matters may be handled on a flat-rate basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer a free initial consultation. Because those rates and terms vary depending on the circumstances, please contact us for more details regarding our rates.
