R.J. Suzuki is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and the United States District Court. Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Suzuki is a member of Los Abogados, the Arizona Hispanic Bar Association, and the State Bar of Arizona. He was a former Trustee on the Maricopa County Bar Foundation. Upon graduation from the University of Arizona College of Law, in 2000, Mr. Suzuki was selected to serve as law clerk to the Honorable Howard Fell of the Arizona Superior Court in Pima County, who was assigned to the court's criminal calendar. Mr. Suzuki next accepted appointment as prosecutor in the Office of the Maricopa County Attorneys Office. During the next three years, as Deputy Maricopa County Attorney, Mr. Suzuki investigated and litigated felony matters as part of the Major Crimes Gang and Repeat Offender Program Bureau. From the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, Mr. Suzuki accepted a position as Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Arizona. In his nearly two years prosecuting federal crimes, Mr. Suzuki was responsible for the resolution of numerous federal felony and misdemeanor cases in Tucson and Phoenix. Mr. Suzuki primary focus is in criminal defense in City, State and Federal Courts. Mr. Suzuki provides aggressive and professional representation for his clients.

Kevin Rowe is the co-founder and principal of the law offices of Lerner and Rowe, PC. Over the years, Mr. Rowe has assisted tens of thousands of people in their time of grievous need to achieve security, well-being, and a sense of peace. It is in this capacity that Mr. Rowe has been able to secure hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements and awards for injured victims. Much of Mr. Rowe’s time is consumed as managing partner of the many offices of Lerner and Rowe, PC. Yet, Mr. Rowe passionately devotes substantial personal attention to his own special caseload, matters characterized by unusual and complex legal issues and particularly serious injuries. Mr. Rowe’s clientele includes persons from all walks of life who have been victimized by injurious automobile accidents, slip/trip, and fall incidents, as well as medical and dental malpractice. Richard C. Gramlich focuses his practice on Business, Real Estate and Construction Litigation, Insurance Bad Faith, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Product Liability. He routinely represents contractors and owners in construction defect, non-pay/stop-pay claims, delay claims, professional negligence, Registrar of Contractor’s hearings, and general breach of contract. Mr. Gramlich was the lead counsel for the Scottsdale “W” Hotel’s construction defect and delay claim. Mr. Gramlich achieved the largest per home verdicts in Arizona for damage caused by expansive soil.1 He has successfully tried Business Tort, Personal Injury, Product Liability, and Insurance Bad Faith actions resulting in significant recoveries, and has earned the nickname “Bulldog” by many of his clients. Mr. Gramlich graduated from the University of Arizona in Business Administration, Finance and Real Estate, cum laude, in 1989 and from the Arizona State University College of Law, in the top third of his class, in 1992. He has been practicing law for the last 25 years in both State and Federal Court.

Mr. Holzer became licensed in the State of Arizona in December of 2007. In January of 2008 he began working for Wattel and York, LLC (“Wattel and York”) a firm specializing in personal injury claims. There, Mr. Holzer engaged in all aspects of litigating personal injury claims, including discovery, conducting and defending depositions, arbitrations, settlement conferences, mediations, motion practice, and post-settlement lien resolution and settlement disbursements. Mr. Holzer also tried several jury trials as either first or second chair. Mr. Holzer routinely oversaw over one hundred litigation cases at a time, supervising a dozen paralegals/support staff. In 2011, Mr. Holzer successfully argued in front of the Arizona, establishing legal precedent related to the ability for accidentvictims to seek a claim for diminished value. In January of 2012, Mr. Holzer left Wattel and York to become in-house counsel, COO, and CFO of National Health Finance, LLC, (“NHF”), where Mr. Holzer oversaw the day-to-day operations of a company engaged in the purchase of medical debt related to personal injury patients treated on a lien basis. When Mr. Holzer started with NHF, the company had a total of seven employees, and just over 10mm in open accounts receivable. Over the next four years, Mr. Holzer helped grow the company to over 120mm in open accounts receivable and twenty-five employees, including a robust legal department. Mr. Holzer’s duties as CFO included monthly financial reconciliation and reporting to the bank, and yearly audit compliance. After successfully guiding NHF to partial equity sale in the first half of 2016, Mr. Holzer left NHF to start his own personal injury firm, as well as a successful consulting business providing services to medical providers that treat personal injury patients in Texas, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. At his law firm, Mr.Holzer has been in charge of all aspects of pursuing claims, including the administration and oversight of the law firm’s operating and IOLTA accounts. Over the last sixteen years, Mr. Holzer has gained invaluable knowledge and experience in both how to properly pursue a personal injury claim, as well as how to run a successful business. His financial experience, as well as experience working with medical providers to enforce medical liens and pursue payment of medical debt will complement the knowledge and experience of Mr. Colcord in order to provide key insight and advantage for clients of the ABS.

Matt Maerowitz grew up in Arizona and went to high school at Brophy. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from Boston College and later graduated from law school at the University of Arizona. Matt Maerowitz is an experienced trial attorney with a practice focused on DUI, criminal defense, and personal injury cases. Matt has successfully represented clients in numerous bench and jury trials over the past eight years. Before co-founding The Maerowitz Law Firm, LLC, Matt worked for a Scottsdale law firm where he drafted pleadings and criminal defense motions, primarily in DUI cases. Matt also worked for the Pima County Attorney’s Office as a student-prosecutor during law school. Matt’s experience with both sides of criminal law cases has helped him anticipate arguments from the prosecution in order to prepare the best defense for his clients. During law school, Matt Maerowitz was recognized for several accomplishments. He was recognized for his excellent oral advocacy skills as a member of the University of Arizona’s ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition Team. Matt was also a Managing Editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law.
