I started Pappas & Richardson, LLC in 1998 with my good friend, Jay Richardson. We have grown into a very successful law firm and our latest success is the Hercules Law Group (HLG). We handle areas of general litigation, criminal defense and business law. We strive to do a thorough job for clients and do whatever we can to get the best possible results. We have an incredible team of competent and compassionate people behind us and we are serious about what we do. I served as a Prosecutor in Waterford Township from 2010-2011. Alex Kemeny is the managing member of Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC. He oversees the firm's operation to ensure that client goals are pursued effectively and efficiently. He works with each of the attorneys and staff to develop individualized strategies for success that are tailored to each client's goals. Mr. Kemeny represents clients in both state and federal courts and has significant trial experience. He has served as trial counsel for businesses, non-profits, attorneys, and other individuals. He has successfully represented clients in various business disputes, guardianship actions, trust and estates disputes, and personal injury cases. Since 2010, Mr. Kemeny has taught the Appellate Advocacy: International Moot Court course at the Rutgers School of Law. His students have gone on to work at large firms and obtain prestigious state and federal clerkships. He has also lectured outside of the law school about techniques of effective advocacy. Mr. Kemeny earned his Juris Doctor from the Rutgers School of Law. In law school he received the Top Brief and Top Oralist awards in the Hunter Moot Court Competition for his class year. He was repeatedly on the Dean's List, twice elected to the University Senate, and served as a Graduate Student Representative to the Rutgers University Board of Trustees. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law, Mr. Kemeny earned a Bachelor of Art in History from McGill University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. ​

Staci A. Cosner graduated from Cornell University with distinction and received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science in 1992. She then received a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in 1995. Formerly, she was an associate with Skadden Arps in New York City. Staci is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York courts. She is a member of the Elder Law Committee for the Middlesex County Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Staci lectures frequently on Elder Law, and has appeared on local New Jersey television to discuss Elder Law issues.
