Omar K. Qadeer, Esq. is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars. Mr. Qadeer practices in a wide range of areas, including family law, immigration, business law, municipal law and criminal defense. Mr. Qadeer earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he gained experience as a student attorney in the school’s Community Justice Law Clinic, working on child support, child custody and divorce cases. Within his first year working with a busy New Jersey firm, Mr. Qadeer had made approximately 200 court appearances in his areas of practice. While the number of appearances has increased over time, Mr. Qadeer still offers the same level of professionalism and care that his clients appreciate. Through his law school career, Mr. Qadeer also worked as an intern for the Office of the Executive Counsel for the Governor of Rhode Island and part-time as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Stephen P. Erickson of the Federal District Court in Newport, Rhode Island. Mr. Qadeer also interned at Rhode Island Legal Services, where he gained experience in a number of different fields, from consumer/bankruptcy law to family and tax law. Before coming to New Jersey, Mr. Qadeer worked as a legal intern and law clerk in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, respectively. In addition to his law degree and various experiences, Mr. Qadeer also has a Masters in Criminal Justice (MS) from Roger Williams University and a Masters in Psychology (MA) from the University at Buffalo. Mr. Qadeer completed his undergraduate education from the University at Buffalo in Psychology and graduated with distinction, being awarded high departmental honors for his work in the Department of Psychology’s Honors Program. David E. Michael Otto was born and raised in Iowa. Mr. Otto received a B.S. in Marketing from Iowa State University in 1990, where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. He went on to graduate from Drake University School of Law with a J.D. in 1994. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Iowa Bar Association. He has been practicing law in New Jersey since 1996, and has been located in the same office space in Piscataway for the last ten years. In addition to his work as a general practice lawyer, Mr. Otto is also an active volunteer in his Piscataway community. He coaches a variety of sports for the Piscataway Recreation Department and routinely volunteers with the Cub Scouts in Morris County.

He received his law degree from Rutgers University in 1980 after which he clerked with the New Jersey Superior Court before entering private practice. Attorney Robert R. Simons began his legal career as a prosecutor for the Camden County Prosecutor's Office. While working in the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, he tried complex criminal cases, including one of the first homicides in South Jersey utilizing DNA evidence, a serial rapist case, and multiple drug and weapons cases. After leaving the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, he switched sides and opened The Law Offices of Robert R. Simons, focusing on criminal defense. Over the years, our firm has aggressively represented hundreds of clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania against criminal charges. We also handle personal injury matters such as traffic accidents, product liability and dog bites. Henry L. Doner, Esq., is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, and the Delaware Law School of Widener University. He is admitted to the State Bars of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. He is admitted to the Federal Districts of New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. His areas of law practice consist of plaintiff’s injury representation, workers’ compensation claims. He is the managing partner of the firm, with an undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He also serves as a Board Member and Officer in various for profit and not for profit businesses in the Southern New Jersey Area. He was a staff writer for the Delaware Law Forum. He is married with two children. He is a South Jersey native, a graduate of Cherry Hill High School West. He is an alumnus of the Sigma Alpha Rho fraternity, Epsilon chapter, and Sigma Omicron Beta Fraternity at FDU Metro Campus. He played NCAA Varsity Lacrosse 1979 and 1980 at FDU.

Jeralyn L. Lawrence, Esq. is the Managing Member and Founder of Lawrence Law. Jeralyn devotes her litigation practice to matrimonial, divorce, and family law, and is a trained collaborative lawyer, divorce mediator, and arbitrator. Jeralyn represents clients with matrimonial and family law needs, including divorce litigation, mediation and arbitration, custody and parenting time issues, alimony and child support, separation and property settlement agreements, adoption and guardianship advice, domestic partnership matters under the Domestic Partnership Act, domestic violence and sexual abuse, and palimony. Craig Provorny is Managing Director of Herold Law. His practice focuses on counseling clients in employment-related matters, representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in business and shareholder disputes, trust and estate litigation, environmental cost recovery actions, plaintiff insurance recovery, and general commercial litigation. Craig has appeared in both state and federal courts, including the trial, appellate, and New Jersey Supreme Court and has numerous published opinions.

Mr. Lazzaro is the newest member of the firm and he has already obtained quite a bit of courtroom and trial experience. He has achieved excellent results in personal injury matters, in workplace injuries, as well as in municipal court.
