Mr. Warner is a lifelong resident of Weber County, Utah. He graduated near the top of his class from the University of Utah Law School. He is a member of the Utah State Bar Association and the Weber County Bar Association. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Elder Counsel, organizations devoted to the legal needs of senior citizens, including long term care, medicaid asset protection, estate planning and estate administration. He is a member of the Elder Law and Estate Planning sections of the Utah Bar Association and serves on their Legislative Committee, participating in the oversight of proposed legislation in Utah dealing with estate planning, elder law, probate, guardianships, and related matters. Mr. Warner is admitted to practice law before all Utah state trial and appellate courts, the Federal District Court for the State of Utah, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Warner has had an active litigation practice appearing in most of the trial courts of Northern Utah, the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court, the Federal District Court and the Federal Court of Appeals. He began his career as an associate with the firm of Young, Thatcher, & Glasmann and later became a partner of Young, Thatcher, Glasmann and Warner where he practiced for several years. Mr. Warner was appointed by Governor Rampton as Chairman of the Utah Public Service Commission where he oversaw the regulation of all utility and transportation companies in the State of Utah. He returned to the private practice of law and ultimately founded the Warner Law Firm in 1996. Mr. Warner was one of the founders of the Weber County Sheltered Workshop (now Enable Utah). He has served as a member of the Utah Gov.'s Committee on Executive Reorganization, a member of the Utah Bar Association Ethics and Discipline committee, a member of the American Inns of Court, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and past president and life time member of the Ogden Gun Club. Mr. Warner is a member of the National Trial Lawyers and has been certified as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in the State of Utah. In 2014, Mr. Warner was selected for membership as one of the 100 best attorneys in the State of Utah by Rue Ratings Best Attorneys of America.

I attended college at the University of Utah, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in English and French. I then attended law school at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating in the top third of class with my juris doctorate in 2014. I took and passed the Utah State Bar Exam later that summer, and shortly thereafter I went into private practice, working primarily as family/domestic law litigator and criminal defense attorney. After nearly nine years in family law and criminal defense, I decided to move into practice areas other than family/domestic law. As a result, in November 2023, I was fortunate enough to join the highly esteemed and successful law firm of Goebel Anderson PC, where I am practicing general commercial litigation.

After receiving his B.A. from Brigham Young University, Joseph Jardine studied at the University of Idahos College of Law, graduating with his juris doctor degree and quickly passing bar exams in both Idaho and Utah. Chris is a Utah-licensed attorney who works exclusively in personal injury, auto accident, and general negligence matters. Chris is a combat veteran (he served in Iraq for twelve months), husband, and proud father of two energetic children. After graduating from the University of Utah law school in 2008, he worked as an associate for a large Northern California law firm, where he litigated civil and domestic cases, including high-profile wrongful death matters. After returning home to Utah, Chris worked with a small local firm, where he honed his skills in personal injury and auto-accident matters. Kevin Swenson was raised in Bountiful, Utah, and is a co-founding partner of Swenson & Shelley. After graduating from Bountiful High School, Kevin attended business school at Westminster College. While in college, Kevin owned and ran a sign company and also worked as an ambulance driver and firefighter. Kevin loved his work in the emergency medical arena. His career as a personal injury attorney allows Kevin to continue devoting his time to assisting injured people. Kevin graduated from law school at the University of Utah and then worked as a defense attorney for insurance companies. Through that experience he learned how insurance companies work, how they think, and how they attack a claim. Nathan Langston was raised here in St. George, Utah. He can relate to our locals in that some of us may be a bit hesitant to even contact a personal injury attorney. Nate gets it, and he can help. Nate is the head of the litigation department at McMullin Injury Law. Before joining our firm in 2018, Nate spent most of the last decade working at three different large personal injury law firms across the State of Utah. He has an enormous amount of experience in litigating cases through lawsuits once negotiations with the insurance company break down. Nate is a seasoned trial lawyer with a vast amount of jury trial experience. His experience in personal injury motion practice is second to none in Southern Utah. Nate knows all too well the runaround we Southern Utahn’s get when dealing with insurance claims departments. Originally from Colorado, Cory completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Utah State University before moving on to the University of Utah for law school. She enjoys using her education and experience to help others in the Tooele community. Cory has practiced in numerous areas, including real estate, construction defect, constitutional law, family law, and more. Recently, Cory has enjoyed narrowing her practice areas to estate planning, personal injury, and public defense. Over the past few years, Cory has become even more passionate about protecting the rights of disadvantaged members of her community and has focused her criminal practice on public defense. Cory genuinely enjoys her work as the Tooele County Managing Defender and her role in elevating defense resources for all persons charged with a crime.

Anthony McMullin is the founding partner of McMullin Injury Law and the firm carries his name. Anthony was raised in St. George, Utah—the same town where the main office of McMullin Injury Law is located. He completed coursework for a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations at Southern Utah University (SUU) in 2006. After college, he was accepted to the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 2008. During law school, he honed his researching skills as a Research Assistant for Professor Bruce C. French, a law professor and a licensed practicing attorney. Anthony’s ability to research and understand important information about a case is something that his current clients greatly appreciate. After he graduated from law school, Anthony accepted a position at Jacob Hafter & Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada. At this law firm, he focused on real estate transactions and loan modifications. Although he enjoyed his work in Las Vegas, he moved back to St. George in 2009 to help clients who have been injured by the negligent actions of someone else. Anthony is skilled at negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of his clients. He understands that people who have been hurt in accidents are facing difficult physical and, often, financial challenges. For those reasons, he is a strong advocate for his clients. Everyone needs some downtime and Anthony spends his golfing, riding his motorcycle, and being with his wife and children in sunny St. George. While living in Florida for a couple of years during a mission for his church, he developed a love of Cuban food and fresh seafood, but those are tough competitors to his favorite Italian food he gets from the local Pasta Factory.
