About Woodie
Woodie J. Perkins was born and raised right here in Mobile, AL. After attending Auburn University where he earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Spanish, he attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, AL. Upon graduation he returned to Mobile and hasn’t looked back.
Upon admittance to the Alabama State Bar, Woodie explored several areas of legal practice including Criminal Defense, BP Coastal and Real Property Sales claims, Tax Law, and Probate Court appointments. After several years of searching for his niche he was offered a job at Alexander Shunnarah & Associates. Woodie has always had a passion for using his legal knowledge to help real people facing unfortunate circumstances. He is a believer in fighting to obtain equal standing for all and providing those he is fortunate enough to represent the voice they deserve.
When not in the office Woodie enjoys laughing with strangers, discovering new hobbies, and being a bad dancer. If you need someone to play racquetball with or something along those lines then I’m your guy.
