Eveler & Eveler LLC is a family firm serving York County, Pennsylvania for over 50 years. The firm was started by our father in 1955. He has since retired and now my brother and sister-in-law, George L. Eveler, III and Kristine Eveler, and I continue to provide quality legal services to the York area. George handles real estate, zoning and business matters while Kris handles wills, trusts and estates. I handle divorce and support matters as well as adoptions and guardianships. I have been in private practice since 1981 and also served as an Assistant District Attorney and Divorce Master for York County earlier in my career. and raised on the Michigan–Indiana border, Morgan attended Middle Tennessee State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a Pre-Law concentration. She later relocated to Pennsylvania to attend Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor. While in law school, Morgan received a Certificate of Distinction for Pro Bono Legal Services and served as President of the Women’s Law Caucus and Secretary of OutLaw. While pursuing her legal education, Morgan gained experience through internships with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and MidPenn Legal Services, as well as clerkships with several Central Pennsylvania law firms. These experiences provided her with a strong foundation in litigation, estate planning, client advocacy, and legal research. Morgan is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family, reading, baking, playing video games, and trying new coffee shops and local restaurants.
