Arieh helps companies with their technology licensing. Arieh assists business owners to expand their established business into the internet and e-commerce. He helps businesses structure their service agreement to keep their information technology vendors accountable and negotiates and prepares various internet and e-commerce agreements for development, software development and maintenance services, linking and co-branding agreements. He helps businesses navigate the ever expanding regulations (and consumer demands) regarding privacy, information and data security, the use of social media and other emerging technologies. Arieh also counsels E-commerce/E-business enterprises and drafts their website terms of use, privacy policies, and disclaimers.
